Abstract
processo para start-up de epoxidação. um método para o start-up de um processo para a epoxidação de etileno compreendendo: iniciar uma reação de epoxidação por reação de uma composição de gás de alimentação contendo etileno e oxigênio, na presença de um catalisador de epoxidação, a uma temperatura de cerca de 180º c a cerca 210º c ; adicionar à composição do gás de alimentação de cerca de 0,05 ppm até cerca de 2 ppm de moderador; aumentar a primeira temperatura para uma segunda temperatura de cerca de 240º c a cerca de 250º c, durante um período de tempo de cerca de 12 horas a cerca de 60 horas, e manter a segunda temperatura por um segundo período de tempo de cerca de 50 horas a cerca de 150 horas.
