Abstract
sistema de filtragem de gás quente e processo de regeneração do dito sistema. a presente invenção se refere a um sistema de filtragem de gás quente e a um processo de regeneração de tal sistema de filtragem de gás quente, o dito sistema de filtragem compreendendo um recipiente de filtro, uma folha tubular separando o interior do dito recipiente de filtro para dentro de uma seção de gás bruto e uma seção de gás limpo, e uma pluralidade de elementos de filtro. os ditos elementos de filtro, dispostos em dois ou mais grupos, são conectados à folha tubular com uma extremidade limpa e se estendem com uma parte de gás bruto para dentro da seção de gás bruto. duas ou mais câmaras são acomodadas na seção de gás limpo e acomodam no sentido de grupo as extremidade de gás limpo dos elementos de filtro, cada uma das ditas câmaras compreendendo uma abertura de permuta de gás fornecendo uma combinação de fluido direto com a seção de gás limpo. o sistema de filtragem de gás quente compreende, adicionaímente, uma disposição de explosão posterior compreendendo um reservatório de gás de explosão posterior e um tubo de gás de explosão posterior para cada grupo de elementos de filtro, os ditos tubos de gás de explosão posterior possuindo uma salda posicionada na dita seção de gás limpo do recipiente, a dita salda dos tubos de gás de explosão posterior sendo direcionados na abertura de permuta de gás das câmaras, a dita salda do dito tubo de explosão posterior possuindo uma área transversal livre de cerca de 10% a cerca de 90% da área transversal livre da dita abertura de permuta de gás.
