Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE PRODUTOS AERADOS CONGELADOS". Os produtos aerados congelado são produzidos através de i) emprego de dois elementos formadores separados, ii) emprego de pelo menos uma cavidade aberta em uma superfície de cada elemento formador, iii) emprego de dispositivos de enchimento para encher as ditas cavidades com um material aerado congelado, iv) enchimento de duas cavidades, uma em cada superfície de moldagem, com um material aerado congelado, sendo que pelo menos uma das cavidades é preenchida com um produto aerado congelado que tem um excesso entre 30% e 130%, esse produto é então colocado para expandir fora de sua cavidade, as duas cavidades são então movidas uma oposta à outra e o produto aerado congelado em cada cavidade é pressionado de encontro ao produto aerado congelado na outra cavidade.
