Abstract
"ELEMENTO FUNCIONAL PARA A FIXAçãO EM UMA PARTE DE CHAPA DE METAL, COMPONENTE DE MONTAGEM, E, PROCESSO PARA A FIXAçãO DE UM ELEMENTO FUNCIONAL". Um elemento funcional (10; 110) para a fixação em uma parte de chapa de metal, tal como, por exemplo, um elemento de porca (10) ou um elemento de parafuso (110) com uma parte de corpo (12; 112) ou parte de cabeça, respectivamente, o qual apresenta em sua primeira extremidade axial, em caso de necessidade, uma parte cilíndrica circular (14; 114) e que em sua outra extremidade axial apresenta uma transição para uma seção de rebite cilíndrica (20; 120), se destaca pelo fato de que a parte de corpo (12; 112) é provida na região entre a primeira extremidade axial, ou em uma parte cilíndrica circular eventualmente ali prevista, e a seção de rebite (20; 120), com uma região (16; 116) pelo menos substancialmente cónica que forma uma superfície de suporte para uma correspondente região cónica (42; 142) de uma parte de chapa de metal (40; 140) e que a parte cilíndrica circular, se presente, apresenta um diâmetro no limite (34; 134) para a região cónica que não é maior do que o diâmetro máximo da região cónica. Na fixação do elemento funcional em uma parte de chapa de metal, a extremidade estreita da região cónica da parte de chapa de metal é apertada no interior de um rebordo anular formado da seção de rebite. Além disto, um componente de montagem e um processo para a fixação de um elemento funcional são descritos e reivindicados.
