Abstract

"PROCESSOS PARA FERMENTAR UMA COMPOSIçãO DE FITOESTEROL E PARA PREPARAR ANDROESTADIENODIONA A PARTIR DA ANDROESTENODIONA, FUSARIUM SOLANI FMI 33, E, COMPOSIçãO". Um processo de fermentação de uma composição de fitoesterol para produzir androestenodiona (androest-4-eno-3,17-diona) e subseq³entemente androestadienodiona (androest-1,4-dieno 3,17-diona) compreende a propagação de uma cultura microbiana do gênero Mycobacterium em um primeiro meio de nutriente, colocando-se a cultura microbiana e a composição de fitoesterol em um biorreator por um tempo suficiente para transformar a composição substancialmente a androestenodiona (a "solução de AD"), propagação de uma cultura fúngica do gênero Fusarium em um segundo meio de nutriente e, depois a injeção de um ou mais de 1) Fusarium sp ou, 2) meio de cultura fúngica no biorreator por um tempo suficiente para transformar a solução de AD em androestadienodiona.
