Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE CILINDRO PARA COMPRESSOR HERMETICAMENTE SELADO". Um conjunto de cilindro para um compressor hermético inclui um bloco de cilindro dotado de um cilindro no qual um pistão executa um curso alternativo, um cabeçote conectado ao bloco de cilindro para vedar o cilindro, a culatra tendo um orifício de admissão e sendo dividida por uma divisória em uma primeira e uma segunda câmara de descarga que atua como uma via de saída. Um conjunto de válvula formado entre o bloco de cilindro e o cabeçote, que controla a saída e a entrada de refrigerante para e do cilindro de acordo com diferentes pressões de refrigerante no interior e exterior do cilindro. Quando uma onda sonora (que é criada quando a válvula de aspiração ou a válvula de descarga se choca com a placa de válvula) escapa para uma válvula de descarga através de uma primeira e segunda câmaras de descarga, perda de transmissão de som ocorre devido à interferência ambiente e como resultado, a onda sonora é reduzida. Por este processo, ruído pode ser reduzido na operação do compressor.
