Abstract
"MéTODO PARA FABRICAR UM ARRANJO DE BOCAL FENDIDO". A presente invenção relaciona-se a um método para fabricar um arranjo de bocal fendido, isto é, um arranjo de bocal consistindo em pelo menos duas partes que podem ser conectadas juntas de forma destacável ou permanentemente, cada uma de ditas partes tendo uma superfície de apoio que, quando em contato, definem uma entrada, saída e passagem de fluxo de fluido, que conecta a entrada à saída, do arranjo de bocal. O método da invenção inclui as etapas de injetar uma mistura de um material base de plástico e um agente de formação de espuma ou de sopro no molde do arranjo de bocal, permitindo o material base de plástico curar ou endurecer e subseq³entemente removendo o arranjo de bocal moldado final do molde. O agente de formação de espuma ou de sopro produz bolhas ou bolsas de gás no material base de plástico e assim formam um artigo moldado final no qual pelo menos 90% das bolhas ou bolsas de gás têm uma dimensão máxima de 0,5 milímetros ou menos. Em uma concretização preferida da invenção, o material base de plástico é um material termoplástico e o agente de formação de espuma ou de sopro é uma mistura de bicarbonato de soda e ácido acético.
