Abstract

"ESPUMAS DE POLIURETANO RìGIDAS". Fabricam-se espumas de poliuretano usando um pré-polímero que é o produto de reação de um poliisocianato orgânico, um acrilato ou metacrilato de funcionalidade hidroxila, e um poliol. Este pré-polímero reage em razões volumétricas e índices de isocianato específicos com um componente poliol que inclui pelo menos um poliol. A espuma é fabricada na presença de um agente de expansão e de um catalisador. Os agentes de expansão preferidos são água e agentes de expansão químicos que geram dióxido de carbono na reação. os catalisadores preferidos têm grupos amina primária ou secundária que permite aos mesmos reagir na estrutura polimérica resultante, diminuindo assim o nível de componentes voláteis.
