Abstract

"PROCESSO DE GRANULAçãO EM LEITO FLUIDIZADO". De maneira a produzir grânulos granulometricamente poli-dispersos em uma faixa muito estreita, um processo de granulação em leito fluidizado do tipo compreendendo as etapas de preparar um leito fluidizado de sementes (S~ 1~) da substância a ser granulada, apresentando uma superfície livre (P) substancialmente horizontal; e alimentar um fluxo contínuo (L) de um fluido compreendendo um líquido de crescimento, provê no leito fluidizado um vórtice contínuo (V) com um eixo substancialmente horizontal, no qual são identificadas uma zona superior (Z1) de molhamento de sementes e evaporação de um possível solvente contido no fluxo (L) e uma zona (Z2) de solidificação/consolidação do líquido de crescimento.
