Abstract

"APARELHO DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO". Trata-se de um aparelho moldagem por injeção possuindo um extrusor para fornecer material de moldagem, uma cavidade para reter o material de moldagem antes de ser injetado dentro de um molde, um êmbolo no interior da cavidade para mover o material para fora da cavidade e uma válvula de retenção. A válvula de retenção possui dispositivos independentes para permitir que o material escoe do extrusor para a cavidade e da cavidade para um molde adjacente. Possuindo canais de escoamento separados para moldagem e recarga, o aparelho de moldagem por injeção pode ser recarregado enquanto estiver sendo operado.
