Abstract

"MéTODO DE FUNDIçãO POR REDUçãO, APARELHO DE FUNDIçãO POR REDUçãO E MATRIZ DE MOLDAGEM QUE UTILIZA O MESMO". Trata-se de um método de fundição por redução, no qual um metal em estado de fusão é derramado na cavidade de uma matriz de moldagem e a fundição é executada enquanto a película de óxido formada sobre a superfície do metal em estado de fusão é reduzida deixando-se que o metal em estado de fusão e o composto redutor sejam postos em contato um com o outro na cavidade da matriz de moldagem, método esse que é caracterizado pelo fato de que, no momento em que o metal em estado de fusão é derramado na cavidade, isto é feito enquanto se deixa que ele esteja em um fluxo turbilhonante.
