Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA O CONTROLE DAS FASES DE CARGA E DESCARGA DE UM CONDENSADOR DE APOIO, DE UM SUPORTE DE DADOS, E DISPOSIçãO DE CIRCUITOS PARA A EXECUçãO DO PROCESSO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para o controle das fases de carga e descarga de um condensador de apoio (C), de um suporte de dados, sendo que o condensador de apoio (C), antes do carregamento é descarregado a um nível de tensão determinado. A descarga efetua-se com uma corrente constante (i~ D~). Deste modo está segurado, que através da corrente de carga do condensador de apoio (C), não pode ser reconhecido, como estava o estado de carga do condensador (C), antes da descarga. Desta maneira não são mais possíveis conclusões em relação às correntes que correram durante operações de cálculo, relevantes em termos de segurança, em uma unidade de processamento de dados (1). Em uma disposição de circuitos vantajosa, uma fonte de corrente constante (3), é formada por meio de um circuito de reflexão de corrente, e através de um comparador (2), a tensão no condensador de apoio (C), é comparada com uma referência Band-Gap.
