Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA A CONFORMAçãO DE LâMINAS DE VIDRO". Um sistema de conformação de lâmina de vidro (10) inclui aparelho (12) tendo uma câmara de aquecimento (16) através da qual lâminas de vidro movem-se sobre os rolos (20) de um transportador (18), uma estação de conformação (22) para conformar lâminas de vidro pela cooperação de um transportador de conformação de rolo deformável superior (26) e um prensa de conformação de rolo deformável superior (32) inclui rolos deformáveis superiores (34) cujos eixos sã localizados ao longo de uma direção de transporte entre os eixos de rolos deformáveis inferiores (28) do transportador de conformação de rolo deformável inferior (26) em uma maneira que previne borda de vidro dianteira enrole quando o transportador inferior e a prensa de conformação superior são movidos entre as formas curvas e planas para prover conformação de lâmina de vidro.
