Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA A MODIFICAçãO DE SUPERFìCIE CONTìNUA DE SUBSTRATOS". De acordo com a presente invenção atual, um aparelho e um método são providos para a preparação de um substrato (5) para aderir um material na superfície do substrato (5). A superfície do substrato (5) a ser preparado é exposta à radiação eletromagnética que compreende a radiação ultravioleta, por meio de que a superfície do substrato é descontaminada e/ou modificada pela exposição à radiação ultravioleta. é provido também o uso de um dispositivo do eletroionização e/ou de uma fonte de radiação infravermelha em conjunto com a radiação eletromagnética para modificar a superfície do substrato (5) a ser preparado. Adicionalmente, o uso de componentes gasosos para modificar as funcionalidades químicas na superfície de do substrato (5) é descrito. A invenção tem aplicações diversas, incluindo a fabricação da calçados, produção de aeronaves e veículos espaciais, fabricação de automóveis e deposição de amostras bioquímicas em microdisposições de placas perfuradas.
