Abstract

"ESTRIBO DA CARCAçA DE ALUMìNIO PARA SISTEMAS EIXO/SUSPENSãO". Um estribo de carcaça para suspender um sistema eixo/suspensão de uma carcaça de alumínio do veículo também é formado de alumínio. O estribo é diretamente preso nos outros componentes da carcaça por soldas. o estribo é uma estrutura integral que reage de forma bem sucedida com cargas encontradas pelo sistema eixo/suspensão durante a operação do veículo, e que são transmitidas para os outros componentes da carcaça do veículo através dos estribos. O estribo reage com tais cargas e especialmente cargas secundárias ou laterais, a despeito de ser formado do alumínio de metal leve, e junto com os outros componentes da carcaça do veículo não possui estruturas de suporte adicionais tal como cantoneiras ou semelhantes. o estribo de alumínio obtém tais capacidades de reação de carga eficientes devido a seu projeto estrutural que substancialmente, de modo completo e contínuo, circunda e lateralmente suporta a sua montagem de bucha da viga respectiva do sistema eixo/suspensão suspenso do estribo.
