Abstract

"VEDAçãO DE EIXO ROTATIVO COM DUAS VIROLAS DE VEDAçãO". A invenção refere-se a uma vedação de eixo rotativo conhecida com duas virolas de vedação, um primeiro corpo de diafragma (20) com uma primeira virola de vedação (21) é montado em um elemento de suporte (22) e inserido em um segundo corpo de diafragma (23) com uma segunda virola de vedação (27) que se apóia contra um suporte de pressão (24) e é montada no suporte (1). O objetivo da invenção é impedir que o meio de pressão passe através do espaço (26) entre os dois corpos de diafragma, que são abertos na direção do lado de pressão, e garantir que o primeiro corpo de diafragma possa ser deslocado no segundo ao longo desse espaço. De acordo com a invenção, o primeiro corpo de diafragma (2) é montado em um elemento de suporte (3) e inserido a partir do lado não pressurizado dentro do segundo corpo de diafragma (4), que serve para montar a vedação no suporte (1), alcançar um suporte de pressão (5) no lado não pressurizado e prende o mesmo contra o movimento axial. A vedação de eixo rotativo de acordo com a invenção pode ser utilizada para vedar as aberturas do eixo que levam para dentro dos frascos contendo um meio de fluido pressurizado, particularmente bombas d'água para motores de combustão interna em veículos a motor.
