Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PREPARAçãO DE LEITE EM Pó". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de leite em pó contendo gordura, compreendendo a preparação de um leite líquido, alimentação do leite líquido preparado em um evaporador tendo pelo menos um estágio de modo, a obter um pré-concentrado, homogeneização do pré-concentrado, posterior evaporação do pré-concentrado em um evaporador tendo pelo menos um estágio para obter um concentrado tendo um teor de sólidos total de pelo menos 50% e depois secagem por atomização do concentrado.
