Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA A FIXAçãO DE OSSOS, EM PARTICULAR DE CORPOS DE VéRTEBRA, UM EM RELAçãO AO OUTRO". A invenção se refere a um dispositivo para a fixação de ossos, em particular de corpos de vértebra, um em relação ao outro, compreendendo um suporte longitudinal (1), o qual tem um eixo geométrico central (2), e compreendendo n elementos de ancoragem (3.i) (2 <243> i <243> n) com eixos geométricos longitudinais (4) e cada um tendo uma extremidade dianteira (5) e uma extremidade traseira (6). Os eixos geométricos longitudinais (4) dos elementos de ancoragem de implante (3.i) estão preferentemente em um ângulo variando de 56<198> a 115<198> com relação ao eixo geométrico central (2) do suporte longitudinal (1). Pelo menos um dos elementos de ancoragem (3j) (1 <243> j <243> n) é em forma de lâmina e compreende, na extremidade traseira (6), meios de recepção (7) para o suporte longitudinal (1) com meios de fixação (8) para o travamento liberável da conexão entre o suporte longitudinal (1) e o elemento de ancoragem (3.j), de modo que a conexão travada não admite movimentos relativos entre suporte longitudinal (1) e elemento de ancoragem (3.j) bem como acolhe forças e momentos em todas três direções axiais de um sistema de coordenadas tridimensional.
