Abstract

"FREIO A DISCO". A invenção se refere a um freio a disco para um veículo de estrada pesado que tem um calibre (1) disposto em um disco de freio (2) montado em um eixo de roda do veículo. Uma barra de empuxo (11) do freio a disco transforma um movimento rotacional de entrada oriundo de um dispositivo de acionamento (3) para um movimento linear de saída para a transmissão para uma sapata de freio a disco (12), destinada para o engajamento de frenagem com o disco de freio (2). A haste de freio tem um fuso não giratório (20), um membro de porca giratório (22) em engajamento rosqueado com o fuso e uma engrenagem de barra de empuxo (10) para recepção do movimento rotacional de entrada.
