Abstract

"FIBRA óTICA DE DISPERSãO NEGATIVA DE INCLINAçãO DE DISPERSãO BAIXA". é revelada uma fibra de guia de onda ótica de núcleo segmentado, tendo inclinação de dispersão total baixa e dispersão total negativa sobre uma janela de comprimento de onda extendida. Uma janela de comprimento de onda de interesse particular é aquela na faixa de cerca de 1500 nm a 1600 nm. As fibras de guia de onda, de acordo com a invenção, também têm comprimento de onda de corte cabeado abaixo de 1480 nm, e atenuação em 1550 nm de menos do que 0,22 dB/Km.
