Abstract

"PROTEìNA E, DNA". é provido um gene codificando uma proteína constituindo PTS de sacarose de bactéria corineforme, por amplificação de uma região existente a jusante do gene de sacarase da bactéria corineforme por PCR mediada por ligação cassete, para obter-se DNA codificando enzima II de PTS, que é uma proteína definida em (A) ou (B) a seguir: (A) uma proteína que tem a seq³ência amino ácida da SEQ ID NO: 2 da Listagem de Seq³ências; (B) uma proteína que tem a seq³ência amino ácida da SEQ ID NO: 2 da Listagem de Seq³ências incluindo substituição, deleção, inserção, adição ou inversão de um ou de diversos amino ácidos, e uma atividade para ligação à sacarose.
