Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES DE CIMENTO DO TIPO PORTLAND DE RáPIDO ENDURECIMENTO, RESISTêNCIA PRECOCE ULTRA-ALTA, CLìNQUERES E MéTODOS PARA A SUA FABRICAçãO". Materiais clinquerizados contendo altas concentrações de (C, K, N, M)~ 4~(A, F, Mn, P, T, S)~ 3~(Cl, S) (cristal X), e (C~ 2~S)~ 3~(CS)~ 3~C (f, Cl)} ou C~ 10~S~ 3~S~ 3~(f, Cl) (cristal Y) , e/ou (C~ 5~S~ 2~S) (cristal Z). Os métodos incluem as etapas de formar uma mistura de matérias primas contendo CaO, MgO, A12O3, Fe~ 2~O~ 3~, TiO~ 2~, Mn~ 2~O~ 5~, SiO~ 2~, SO~ 3~, Na~ 2~O, K~ 2~O, P~ 2~O~ 5~ e F, respectivamente designados C, M, A, F, T, Mn, S, <sym>S, N, K, P e f, e aquecer a referida mistura a uma temperatura elevada entre 900<198>C e 1.200<198>C. As misturas finais compreendendo esses clínqueres e o cimento hidráulico ou tipo portland são feitas para produzirem composições cimento possuindo concentrações de cristal X de aproximadamente 5% a 35% em peso, concentrações de cristal Y de aproximadamente 5% a 40% em peso, e/ou concentrações de cristal Z de aproximadamente 5% a 40% em peso, com o restante sendo o cimento hidráulico ou tipo portland.
