Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO INDUSTRIAL DE UM PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO DO TIPO PIZZA, DISPOSITIVO DE EXECUçãO DO PROCESSO, E, PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO DO TIPO PIZZA". A invenção se refere a um processo de fabricação de um produto alimenticio, do tipo pizza, notadamente para seu consumo com a mão, ao dispositivo de execução e ao produto obtido. Esse processo consiste em: preparar uma massa de pizza crua (1); e dispor de modo clássico sobre essa massa crua (1) os diversos ingrediente de pizza escolhidos, cozer essa massa com seus ingredientes em um forno, dobrar sobre si mesma a massa guarnecida cozida (1) na saida do forno em um formato que corresponde ao forinato do produto a obter, com justaposição sensivelmente das bordas superior (5) e inferior (7) da massa dobrada; e revestir a espessura e os eventuais ingredientes que afloram das ditas bordas sensivelmente justapostas com um cordão de massa alimentícia (3).
