Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DIETéTICA DE CHOCOLATE E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DA MESMA". Uma composição de chocolate dietético adoçada por um sistema de adoçantes predominante e um processo para a preparação de uma composição dietética. As composições de chocolate são adoçadas por uma composição de adoçantes predominante que inclui 10-90% em peso de maltitol, 9-89% em peso de lactitol e 1-30% em peso de polidextrose.
