DISPOSITIF POUR CRAVATE.
La présente invention est relative à un dispositif pour cravatée
Ce dispositif a pour but de permettre à l'usager de conserver tou- jours le même noeud réalisé. L'usager pourra enlever, hors du noeud, la partie étroite de la cravate et la réintroduire à volonté dans ledit noeud, sans devoir défaire ce dernier.
A cet effet, le dispositif, suivant l'invention comprend un élé- ment creux, de préférence cylindrique et fendu sur au moins une portion de sa hauteur, et une petite tige fixée sensiblement perpendiculairement au- dit élément, ce dernier étant destiné à être placé à l'intérieur du noeud formé avec la cravate. Ledit élément creux présente, de préférence, à sa partie supérieure, une petite avancée dirigée vers l'intérieur dudit élé- ment creux, et,à son extrémité présentant 1 avancée susdite, il est décou- pé suivant une portion de sa surface latérale.
Il est prévu, en outre, un deuxième élément, de préférence rigi- de, destiné à être fixé au bout libre de la cravate, pour l'introduction dudit bout dans le premier élément ci-dessus,
D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressortiront de la description donnée ci-après, à titre d'exemple non limitatif et a- vec référence aux dessins annexés.

La figure 2 représente un noeud de cravate muni d'un tel élément, l'extrémité libre de la cravate étant garnie du deuxième élément.
Le dispositif, suivant l'invention, comporte en fait deux élé- ments, l'un 1 destiné à être introduit dans le noeud d'une cravate, 1 au tre 2, fixé sur l'extrémité étroite de la cravate et qui permettra l'in- troduction facile de ladite extrémité dans l'élément 1 susdit.
L'élément 1 se présente sous forme d'un petit corps creux, de forme cylindrique ou autre, garni d'une petite tige 3, sensiblement perpen- diculaire audit cylindre. Ce dernier sera, de préférence, fendu sur une

portion au moins de sa hauteur, soit la fente 4. et présentera une petite avancée 5 vers l'intérieur. 'De plus, cet élément 1 est découpé, à son ex- trémité située du côté de l'avancée 5 suivant une position de sa surface latérale, de sorte que l'arête 6 du cylindre est à un niveau inférieur à celui de l'avancée 5.
Comme on le constatera, d'après la figure 2, cet élément 1 est introduit dans le noeud de la cravate, de manière que la petite tige 3 vien- ne se placer sous la partie 7 du noeud, ce qui empêchera l'élément 1 d'être enlevé dudit noeud lorsqu'on dégagera le bout libre 8. Ce dernier est gar- ni d'un élément 2,de préférence rigide, qui peut être de n'importe quelle forme et en matière quelconque, pourvu que sa présence à l'extrémité de la partie étroite de la cravate permette la réintroduction aisée de cette extrémité dans l'élément 1 susdit. Cet élément 2 sera maintenu sur le bout libre 8, par exemple, par couture. Il pourrait d'ailleurs parfaitement en- tourer complètement l'extrémité dudit bout 8, à la manière des ferrures d'extrémité de lacets.
L'avancée 5 est plus spécialement destinée à accrocher dans une certaine mesure le bout libre 8 lorsque celui-ci aura été passé au travers de l'élément 1. De même, la fente 4 donne une certaine élasticité à l'élé- ment 1 et évitera également le glissement du bout 8, à l'extérieur de l'é- lément 1.
L'élément 1 pourra être réalisé en matière absolument quelconque : métal, matière plastique, etc..
Il doit être entendu que l'invention n'est nullement limitée au mode de réalisation décrit ci-avant et que bien des modifications pourraient y être apportées sans sortir du cadre de la présente demande de brevet.
REVENDICATIONS.
1. Dispositif pour cravate, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un élément creux, de préférence cylindrique et fendu sur au moins une por- tion de sa hauteur, et une petite tige fixée sensiblement perpendiculai- rement audit élément, ce dernier étant destiné à être placé à l'intérieur du noeud formé avec la cravate.

The present invention relates to a device for a tie
The purpose of this device is to allow the user to always keep the same node made. The user can remove, out of the knot, the narrow part of the tie and reintroduce it at will into said knot, without having to undo the latter.
For this purpose, the device according to the invention comprises a hollow element, preferably cylindrical and split over at least a portion of its height, and a small rod fixed substantially perpendicularly to said element, the latter being intended to be placed inside the knot formed with the tie. Said hollow element preferably has at its upper part a small projection directed towards the interior of said hollow element, and, at its end having the aforesaid projection, it is cut along a portion of its lateral surface.
There is also provided a second element, preferably rigid, intended to be fixed to the free end of the tie, for the introduction of said end into the first element above,
Other details and features of the invention will emerge from the description given below, by way of nonlimiting example and with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The device, according to the invention, in fact comprises two elements, one 1 intended to be introduced into the knot of a tie, 1 to the other 2, fixed to the narrow end of the tie and which will allow easy insertion of said end into the aforementioned element 1.
The element 1 is in the form of a small hollow body, of cylindrical or other shape, furnished with a small rod 3, substantially perpendicular to said cylinder. The latter will preferably be split on a

portion at least of its height, ie the slot 4. and will present a small projection 5 towards the interior. In addition, this element 1 is cut at its end located on the side of the projection 5 in a position of its lateral surface, so that the edge 6 of the cylinder is at a level lower than that of the. advanced 5.
As will be seen from FIG. 2, this element 1 is introduced into the knot of the tie, so that the small rod 3 does not come under part 7 of the knot, which will prevent element 1 to be removed from said knot when the free end 8 is released. The latter is furnished with an element 2, preferably rigid, which can be of any shape and of any material, provided that its presence at the end of the narrow part of the tie allows the easy reintroduction of this end into the aforementioned element 1. This element 2 will be maintained on the free end 8, for example, by sewing. It could moreover perfectly completely surround the end of said end 8, in the manner of the end fittings of laces.
The projection 5 is more especially intended to hook the free end 8 to a certain extent when the latter has been passed through the element 1. Likewise, the slot 4 gives a certain elasticity to the element 1. and will also prevent the end 8 from slipping outside the element 1.
Element 1 can be made of absolutely any material: metal, plastic, etc.
It should be understood that the invention is in no way limited to the embodiment described above and that many modifications could be made to it without departing from the scope of the present patent application.
CLAIMS.
1. Device for a tie, characterized in that it comprises a hollow element, preferably cylindrical and split over at least a portion of its height, and a small rod fixed substantially perpendicular to said element, the latter being intended to be placed inside the knot formed with the tie.
