Il Dispositif de verroulillage pour boutons de manchettes et autres articles
La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de verrouillage qui est appliacble d'une manière générale à tous les cas qu'il est requis de réaliser entre deux élé ments une jonction absolument sûre mais qui peut immédiate être rompue lorsqu'on le désire.
Ce dispositif de verroullage est toutefois plis applicable aux 'boutons de manchettes en deux pièces pour lesquels on cherche à rem plin les conditions suivantes : - Le verrouillage doit être suffisamment sûr pour que les deux Éléments ne se séparent pas :fortuitement, - La jonction entre les éléments du bouton ne doit pas être rigide.

Le dispositif objet de l'invention satisfait à ces deux conditions. Il se;caractérise principalement en ce que la jonction des deux éléments à réunir est assurée par engagement dans un oeil prévu sur l'un des éléments, d'un doigt transversal guidé dans l'autre élément et rappela en position de verrouillage par un ressort.
Ainsi définie dans son principe, l'invention se prête à des forces de mise en oeuvre diverses et en parti- culier à la suivante, appliquée à la réalisation de 'boutons de manchettes et qui se caractérise, notemment par les principaux points préférentiels ci-après, d'ailleurs appli cables séparément et en toutes combinaisons a) l'élément d'un bouton, dans lequel est prévu le dispositif de verrouillage sur l'autre lièrent est éta bli de manière à affecter la même forme extérieure que la partie extrême de ce dernier, disposée dans un plan trins- versal à la tige. b) La tige d'un bouton est pourvue, au-dessus de l'oeil qui permet sa jonction avec l'autre élément, d'une partie plane qui évite l'échappement de l'un des pans de la manchette pendant la mise en place de l'élément mobile du bouton.
c) Les extrémités du 'bouton, transversales à la tige affectant la forme générale d'une barrette de section quelconque. d) Les déplacements de la partie mobile de l'élf- ment suivant a sont limités au moyen d'une lumière de cette partie mobile qui vient buter sur une tige transver- sale solidaire de la partie fixe:.

L'élément du bouton de manchette, pourvu de la tige 1 qui s'engage dans les ouvertures des pans que l'on veut réunir porte, à sa partie supérieure, une barrette transversale 2, rapportée par sertissage, soudure ou par tout autre moyen sur la tige 1.
Dans l'exemple représente, cette dernière est obtenue par pliage et soudure sur la barrette 2, d'un fil à section rectangulaire pourvu à son extrémité libre d'un oeil la qui constitue l'un des organes du dispositif de jonctionnement des deux éléments du bouton de manchette, comme il sera décrit plus loin.
La longueur utile de la tige 1 est établie de ma- nière à permettre le logement des deux pans de la manchette entre la barrette 2 et une surface de butée 1b obtenue,soit par déformation du fil de la tige 1, soit par adjonction d'une pièce indépendante de cette dernière et dont la plus grande dimension est, par exemple, orientée dans une direc- tion parallèle à celle de la barrette 2. Cette disposition présente le double avantage de faciliter l'assemblage des deux Eléments principaux du bouton, en, assurant le dégage- ment de l'oeil l et d'éviter la chute de la partie qui porte la barrette 2 pendant son jonctionnement avec l'au- tre partie.

Un axe 7 rapporte vers l'extrémité ouverte de la partie mobile 6 et dans un plan médian de celle-ci, empêche le pénértration du ressort 5 dans son volume inté rieur et, un autre axe 8 solidaire du fourreau 4, permet d'une part de limiter la course de l'élément coulissant

Le fonctionnement du dispositif est évident : lorsqu'on veut jonctionner les deux éléments principaux du bouton de manchette, après engagement des deux parties de la manchette sur la tige 1, il suffit d'exercer une pression sur le douille 6 pour effacer le doigt 69 et permettre le logement de l'oeil 1a dans la lumière 4a comme il est mieux montré à la figure 3.
Après cette opération, il suffit de libérer la partie coulissante 6, pour assurer un verrouillage effi- cace qui ne peutêtre rendu inopérant qu'au gré de l'usager par une nouvelle pression sur la douille 6,
Le jonctionnement ainsi obtenu présente une cer- taine souplesse, indispensable au bon fonctionnement du dispositif, puisqu'il permet, non seulement un pivotement de l'élément qui contient le mévsnidmr de verrouillage au.- tour de son axe longitudinal mais encore, un déplacement transversal de celui-ci dans le sens de le tige 1 et, le cas échéant, un pivotement ou une translation de 1'élément 4-5 dans une direction perpendiculaire à cette tige.
Pour éviter la perte de l'élément 4-5, on pour- rait prévoir sa solidarisation a.vec l'élément 1-2 au moyen d'un lien quelconque, tel qu'une chaînette, par exemple, ancrée d'une part, sur la partie inférieure de la surface 1b et, d'autre part sur le fourreau 4.
