Fusil de chasse à canons superposés.
La présente invention a pour but de réaliser un fusil à canons superposés de construction très simple et qui en mê temps présente une grande sécurité lors de l'ouverture accid telle de l'arme ainsi qu'une forme Esthétique avec une ligne fuyante sans parties, proéminentes.
Ces différents desiderata sont obtenus particulièrement grâce au mode spécial de fixation des. canons à la bascule et à la forme de cette dernière .
Suivant l'invention la table de la bascule affecte en section la forme d'un ? dont les ailes débordent latéralemen sur les faces d'un bloc entourant et maintenant les deux can et qui sont terminées suivant une partie circulaire débordan au dessus de l'aile; un creux correspondant à la fornie des ailes est ménagé dans la face du bloc de fixation des canons Cette partie circulaire forme axe d'articulation de pivoteme et sert en même temps de dispositif d'accrochage longitudina .entre les canons et la bascule .
De plus le centre de la partie circulaire susdite est situé approximativement à la hauteur de l'axe du canon infér de sorte que le bras de levier du couple qui tend à provoque

l'ouverture de l'arme est petit ce qui contribue à assurer la sécurité .
Suivant l'invention, à la partie supérieure du bloc de bascule est disposée une clef formant verrou, guidée longitudinalement dans le bloc de bascule et dont l'extrémité coopère avec une surface inclinée prévue à la partie supérieure du bloc de fixation des canons.
Grâce à l'invention la bascule peut être constituée par un bloc massif d'acier et qui par rapport aux anciens types d'armes ne comporte pas de trou pour les crochets du canon ni pour le levier d'ouverture, ni pour le verrou inférieur, ni pour les leviers d'armement et qui ne comporte pas non plus de broche d'articulation.
La clef d'ouverture formant verrou est aussi suivant l'invention pourvue d'un ergot coopérant directement avec les chiens. Cet ergot a pour but d'armer les chiers lors de la manoeuvre d'ouverture de la clef et de ne permettre la percussion que lorsque cette clef occupe sa position de fermeture ,
La clef susdite est suivant l'invention maintenue dans sa position d'ouverture par un cliquet élastique qui est automatiquement mis dans s a position inopérante lors de la fermeture de l'arme .
Les dessins annexés indiquent à titre d'exemple non limitatif un mode d'exécution de l'invention. Celle-ci s'étend. aux diverses particularités originales que comporte la disp os it ion rep rés enté e.

La fig.3 est une vue brisée montrant en perspective l'extrémité de la table de la bascule .
Les canons 2 et 3 sont chassés à froid dans un bloc de fixation 4 (voir également fig.2 ). La table 5 de la bascule affecte en section la forme d'un U (voir fig.l à 3). Les extrémités des ailes de cet U sont terminées par des parties circulaires 5a. Dans le bloc 4 de fixation des canons sont réalisés des évidements correspondant à la forme de ses ailes en sorte que, ainsi que visible à la fig.3, celles-ci affleur à la surface du bloc de fixation 4: des canons. Ses parties circulaires s ervent de charnières de pivotement et constituen en même temps des butées contre lesquelles le bloc de fixatio des canons est retenu longitudinalement.
L'assemblage est complété par une longuesse 7. Le verrou de fermeture est cons titué par une gliss.ière 8 coulissant à la partie supérieure d bloc 9 de bascule . Cette glissière 8 coopère avec une partie inclinée 10 sur le bloc 4: de fixation des canons. De plus elle porte vers la partie médiane un ergot 11 coopérant avec les chiens 12 en sorte que la traction vers l'arrière de cett glissière 8 contre l'action de son ressort 13 détermine le basculement des chiens autour de leur axe 14 et l'armement pa l'action des détentes-gâchettes 15. Ces chiens sont soumis à l'action d'un ressort de percussion 16 prenant appui contre une butée 17. Cette butée 17 ainsi que les supports des axes d'articulation des détentes-gâchettes et des chiens sont mont sur une plaque 18.
Cette plaque est maintenue d'une part cont le bloc de bascule par la vis de fixation 19 de la sous-garde et d'autre part contre la crosse par une vis transversale 21 vissant dans l'extrémité de la queue de bascule 22. Cette que de bascule porte une sûreté 23 venant agir de façon connue

contre des proéminences 24 des détentes-gâchettes.
Chacun des chiens actionne lois de son abattement des percuteurs inclinés tels que 85.

L'extracteur 29 de chacun des canons est commandé par une entaille 30 (voir fig.3) ménagée à l'intérieur des parties circulaires 5a des ailes de la bascule . \Jette entaille 30 agit par sa face 31 contre l'extrémité de la tige de 1'extracteur 29 lors de l'ouverture de l'arme .
L'invention n'est pas limitée au mode de réalisation décrit à titre d'exemple mais s'étend à tout fusil de chass à canons superposés qui entre dans l'esprit ou dans l'étendue de l'une ou l'antre des revendications suivantes.
