L'invention concerne des perfectionnements aux fusils à canons superposés, perfectionnements qui concernent plus spécialement la construction du verrou.
Les fusils du type considéré sont, d'une manière générale, pourvus d'un verrou plat à deux tenons logés dans la bascule et dont les extrémités libres peuvent coopérer aves des trous prévus à cet effet dans 1 '.extrémité arrière des canons.
Par le fait même que le verrou plat actuellement appliqué dans ledit type d'arme est constitué en une pièce plate en forme de U, dont l'arme coopère avec la tige de la clef de fermeture ou de verrouillage et dont les deux bras forment lesdits tenons, la fabrication dudit verrou, d'une part, et des trous de guidage desdits tenons dans la bascule, d'autre part, ainsi que la distance d'entre axes desddits tenons et trous de guidage doivent être extrêmement précises.
Afin d'éviter une telle fabrication et de fournir un verrou simple et efficace en autorisant une augmentation des tolérances de fabrication, l'invention a pour objet un verrou en trois pièces, notamment deux tenons guidés dans la bascule et une pièce intermédiaire coopérant à la fois avec
lesdits tenons et la clef de verrouillage.
L'invention est décrite ci-après avec plus de détail en se référant aux dessins annexés illustrant un mode de réalisation, donné à titre purement indicatif et non restrictif,
dans lesquels :
la figure 1 représente en vue de face une partie d'une arme selon l'invention, plus spécialement à l'endroit de la bascule du fusil; la figure 2 représente à échelle une coupe selon la ligne II-II de la figure 1, le fusil se trouvant
en position de verrouillage; la figure 3 représente une vue semblable à celle de la figure 2, l'arme se trouvant en position de déverrouillage.
Comme représenté dans les dessins, les canons superposés 1-2 sont articulés, de manière traditionnelle, à la bascule 3 au moyen d'une charnière 4, les canons 1-2 et bascule 3 pouvant être verrouillés mutuellement au moyen de tenons 5-6 présentant des extrémités 7-8 légèrement coniques, logés dans la bascule et coopérant, dans la position de verrouillage, avec des trous borgnes 9-10 également coniques.
Dans les fusils classiques à canons superposés, ces deux tenons 5-6 constituent les bras d'un élément en forme de U dont l'âme proprement dite est sollicitée par un élément excentrique fixé sur l'axe de la clef de verrouillage afin de pouvoir donner au verrou, en vue de libérer les canons, une translation de recul
Etant donné les difficultés d'ajustage des entre-axes des tenons et des trous de guidage desdits tenons, l'invention pré-voit une construction d'un tel verrou en trois parties, notamment lesdits tenons 5-6 et une pièce intermédiaire 11 dont
les extrémités 12-13 s'engagent dans des évidements 14-15
prévus à cet effet dans les tenons 5-6. Cette pièce 11
présente, d'une manière adéquate, un trou 16 dans lequel
peut coopérer un élément de commande 17, par exemple un excentrique, fixé sur l'axe 18 de ladite clef de verrouillage 19.
De plus, cette pièce 11 présente une échancrure 20 coopérant avec une tige de guidage 21.
Il va sans dire qu'une telle construction de verrou permet
une fabrication moins exigeante, plus spécialement en ce qui concerne l'adaptation de l'entre-axes des tenons 5-6 et trous
de guidage de ces tenons dans la bascule.
Diverses modifications peuvent être apportées au verrou susdécrit sans, pour autant, sortir du cadre de l'invention.
Revendications.
1.- Perfectionnements aux fusils à canons superposés du type pourvu d'un verrou en forme de U dont les bras sont guidés dans la bascule et peuvent coopérer avec des trous borgnes dans les canons et dont l'âme coopère avec des moyens permettant la translation dudit verrou, caractérisés en ce que le susdit verrou est réalisé en trois pièces, notamment deux tenons (5-6) guidés dans la bascule (3) et une pièce intermédiaire (11) coopêrant, à la fois, avec lesdits tenons (5-6) et la clef de verrouillage (19).

The invention relates to improvements to rifles with superimposed barrels, improvements which relate more specifically to the construction of the bolt.
Rifles of the type under consideration are, in general, provided with a flat bolt with two tenons housed in the rocker and the free ends of which can cooperate with holes provided for this purpose in the rear end of the barrels.
By the very fact that the flat lock currently applied in said type of weapon consists of a flat U-shaped piece, the weapon of which cooperates with the rod of the closing or locking key and the two arms of which form said pins, the manufacture of said latch, on the one hand, and of the guide holes of said pins in the rocker, on the other hand, as well as the distance between axes of said pins and guide holes must be extremely precise.
In order to avoid such manufacture and to provide a simple and effective lock by allowing an increase in manufacturing tolerances, the invention relates to a lock in three parts, in particular two pins guided in the lever and an intermediate part cooperating in the times with
said pins and the locking key.
The invention is described below in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings illustrating an embodiment, given for information only and not restrictively,

Figure 1 shows a front view of a part of a weapon according to the invention, more particularly at the location of the rifle tilt; FIG. 2 shows on a scale a section along line II-II of FIG. 1, the rifle being
in the locked position; Figure 3 shows a view similar to that of Figure 2, the weapon being in the unlocked position.
As shown in the drawings, the superimposed barrels 1-2 are traditionally articulated to the lever 3 by means of a hinge 4, the guns 1-2 and lever 3 being able to be mutually locked by means of pins 5-6 having slightly conical ends 7-8, housed in the rocker and cooperating, in the locking position, with blind holes 9-10 also conical.
In conventional rifles with superimposed barrels, these two studs 5-6 constitute the arms of a U-shaped element whose actual core is urged by an eccentric element fixed on the axis of the locking key in order to be able give the bolt, in order to release the barrels, a reverse movement
Given the difficulties of adjusting the inter-axes of the tenons and the guide holes of said tenons, the invention foresees a construction of such a lock in three parts, in particular said tenons 5-6 and an intermediate piece 11 of which
the ends 12-13 engage in recesses 14-15
provided for this purpose in pins 5-6. This room 11
adequately has a hole 16 in which
a control element 17, for example an eccentric, fixed on the axis 18 of said locking key 19 can cooperate.
In addition, this part 11 has a notch 20 cooperating with a guide rod 21.
It goes without saying that such a lock construction allows
less demanding manufacturing, more specifically with regard to the adaptation of the center-axis of pins 5-6 and holes
guide these tenons in the rocker.
Various modifications can be made to the above-mentioned lock without, however, departing from the scope of the invention.
Claims.
1.- Improvements to rifles with superimposed barrels of the type provided with a U-shaped lock whose arms are guided in the rocker and can cooperate with blind holes in the barrels and whose soul cooperates with means allowing the translation of said lock, characterized in that the above lock is produced in three parts, in particular two pins (5-6) guided in the rocker (3) and an intermediate part (11) cooperating, at the same time, with said pins (5- 6) and the locking key (19).
