L'invention est relative à un timbre ou étiquette de réclame, de bienfaisance et analogues. Jusqu'à présent, ces timbres ou étiquettes étaient vendus pour une certaine somme dont l'entièreté était par exemple destinée à la bienfaisance.
Pour pouvoir changer plus facilement ces timbres, suivant l'invention on incite à l'achat des timbres, en offrant à l'acheteur lors de l'achat. du timbre ou de l'étiquette une contrevaleur déterminée ou non-déterminée.
Suivant l'invention, le timbre ou étiquette de récla- me, de bienfaisance ou analogues consiste en deux ou plusieurs parties, lesquelles sont formées par exemple par des perfora- tions. Au moment de l'achat du timbre ou de l'étiquette on enlève une partie, et en faisant cela on enlève la valeur no- minale du timbre.
