本発明は、カード状物、冊子体等の開閉部を有する開閉体に関するものであり、更に詳細には、開閉部を開くことによって起立する起立部を有する開閉体に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来よりグリーティングカードや絵本おいて、その開閉部に起立部（ポップアップ部）を設けることは、誕生日カード、クリスマスカード、ポップアップ絵本等の形で実施されている。それらは、ポップアップ部を有することで平面印刷物と差別化をはかり面白味を付加し、顧客等の興味をひくとともに商品価値を高めている。

それらは平面印刷物と差別化をはかり面白味を付加することを目的としているため、印刷やポップアップ部の形状自体には工夫がほどこされているが、ポップアップ部の機能自体にはそれほど工夫がなされているわけではなく、起立するだけの機能しか有していなかった。

しかしながら、近年ダイレクトメールや雑誌広告にポップアップ部が採用され始めると、単に起立するだけの機能では広告の目的を達成することが困難であるという課題が発生した。すなわち、広告の目的は広告を見せて商品等広告目的を顧客に印象づけることにあり、単に印刷やポップアップ部の形状自体を工夫し、平面印刷物と差別化をはかり面白味を付加するだけでは、一時的に商品等広告目的を見せることはできても、それを顧客に印象づけることまでは困難であるという課題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明はかかる課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、商品等広告目的を顧客に印象づけることが可能な起立部を有する開閉体を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
かかる課題を解決するため、請求項１記載の発明は、右片部と左片部とを谷折である折線部を介して連接してなる開閉部と、該開閉部に着接され開閉部を開くことで起立する起立部とを有するカード状物であって、前記起立部は少なくとも、右片部に着接する右支持片と、左片部に着接する左支持片とを、山折線を介して連接してなる支持部と、略二等辺三角形の形状をし、二等辺の一辺は山折線を介して右支持片と連接している右係止片と、略二等辺三角形の形状をし、二等辺の一辺は山折線を介して左支持片と連接している左係止片と、前記右係止片の二等辺の他片と、谷折線を介して連接する右回転片と、前記左係止片の二等辺の他辺と、谷折線を介して連接する左回転片と、前記右回転片と左回転片とを、山折線を介して連接してなる回転部と、を有し、前記谷折である開閉部の折線部に対して支持部を山折とし、開閉部の開く角度が大きくなるに従い支持部を起立させ、該支持部と山折線で連接しつつ回転部と谷折線で連接してなる右係止片、及び、左係止片によって、起立に伴い回転部を裏面より表面に向かって回転させることを特徴とする開閉体である。

請求項１に記載の発明によれば、起立部は開閉部の開く角度が大きくなるに従い、裏面より表面へと回転する回転部を有しているため、この回転動作により、単に平面印刷物と差別化をはかり面白味を付加するだけではなく商品等広告目的を顧客に印象づけることが可能となる。特に、顧客が注目する表面に商品等広告目的を印刷することで、広告目的を印象づけることが可能となる。また、開く角度が大きくなるに従い、裏面から表面に回転する回転動作により、開く途中までは、顧客は表面の印刷を見ることができず、逆に、それが注目を集めることとなり、広告目的を印象づけることが可能となる。尚、本発明は広告に特に有効だが、これに限定するものではなく、従来技術で記載したグリーティングカードやポップアップ絵本等、平面印刷物と差別化をはかり面白味を付加するだけに使用しても良い。

ここで開閉体は、折りたたんだ紙等開閉する機構を有するものであれば何れでも良く、例えばカード状物、冊子体、パッケージ等がある。カード状物としては、例えばグリーティングカードやクリスマスカード等の贈答カード、ちらし、はがき、ダイレクトメール、電報台紙等があるが、これに限定する物ではなく平面的で開閉機能を有するものであれば何れでも良い。冊子体としては、例えば雑誌、書籍、カタログ、パンフレット等があるが、これに限定する物ではなく開閉機能を有する平面体を綴じたものであれば何れでも良い。パッケージとしては、例えばお菓子の紙箱、コンパクトディスク収納体等があるが、これに限定する物ではなく開閉機能と物品収納機能を有するものであれば、何れでも良い。

また、起立部は少なくとも、支持部と回転部及び支持部と回転部を左右で係止する右係止片と左係止片を有しており、谷折である開閉部の折線部に対して支持部を山折とすることで、開閉部の開く角度が大きくなるに従い支持部を起立させ、該支持部と山折線で連接しつつ回転部と谷折線で連接してなる右係止片と左係止片によって、起立に伴い回転部を裏面より表面に向かって回転させることが可能となる。また、回転部は山折線を有しており、裏面より表面に向かって回転すると同時に回転部自身が開かれていく。

その結果、開閉部の開く角度が大きくなるに従い回転部は裏面より表面へと回転しつつ開かれるため、この回転動作と公開動作により、単に平面印刷物と差別化をはかり面白味を付加するだけではなく商品等広告目的を顧客に印象づけることが可能となる。特に、顧客が注目する表面に商品等広告目的を印刷することで、広告目的を印象づけることが可能となる。また、開く角度が大きくなるに従い、裏面から表面に回転する回転動作により、開く途中までは、顧客は表面の印刷を見ることができず、逆にそれが注目を集めることとなり、しかも、公開動作を伴うため、より一層広告目的を印象づけることが可能となる。

また、裏面から表面へ回転する回転部が回転を終了し顧客が表面を見ることができるのは、開閉部を開ききった状態の場合であり、その結果、顧客に開閉部の印刷にも興味を持たせ、広告目的を印象づけることが可能となる。すなわち、広告は起立部だけでは無く開閉部にも存在しており、逆に、起立部自体はアイキャッチャーとしての印刷しか施さず、開閉部に具体的な広告を印刷することも多い。その場合、起立部にのみ顧客の興味が行くだけでは広告目的を印象づけるには不十分であり、開閉部の印刷に興味を持たせる必要がある。そこで、回転部の表面を見ることができるのは、開閉部を開ききった状態の場合の場合とすることで、顧客に開閉部を完全開かせ、その印刷にも興味を持たせることで広告目的を印象づけることが可能となる。同時に、この場合、開閉部を中途半端に開いた状態では回転部の表面を見ることができなくなるため、それにより顧客の興味を引くことも可能である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に従って説明する。図１は、本発明の構成を示す概念図である。図１において、１はカード状物である開閉体、２は開閉部、３は右片部、４は左片部、５は谷折の折線部、６は開閉部の開く角度、７は起立部、８は支持部、９は右支持片、１０は左支持片、１１は上側山折線、１２は下側山折線、１３は着接部、１４は回転部、１５は右回転片、１６は左回転片、１７は山折線、１８は右係止片、１９は山折線、２０は谷折線、２１は右係止片、２２は山折線、２３は谷折線、２４は右支持片下辺、２５は左支持片下辺、２６は支持部の高さ、２７は開閉部の手前寸法、２８は着接角度、２９は開閉部の手前寸法２７により示されるスペースである。

図１において、開閉体１は開閉部２、支持部８、回転部１４、右係止片１８、左係止片２１、着接部１３を有している。開閉体１は、開く角度６が約１８０度となる状態に開かれたカード状物であり、正面斜め３０度の視点より描かれている。開閉部２は、右片部３と左片部４とを谷折の折線部５を介して連接して構成されている。本実施の形態においては右片部３と左片部４は同等の形と大きさを有しており、その形状は縦長の長方形を採用しているが、これに限定するものではない。

起立部７は、支持部８、回転部１４、右係止片１８、左係止片２１より構成されている。支持部８は略アーチ状の形状を採用しており、右支持片９と左支持片１０を上側山折線１１と上側山折線１２で連接してなり、右支持片９は右支持片下辺２４を介して着接部１３と、左支持片１０は右支持片下辺２５を介して着接着１３と連接されている。この着接部１３を右片部３及び左片部４と貼着することで、支持部８は開閉部２に着接されている。着接は、上側山折線１１及び下側山折線１２と折線部５が一致し、かつ、支持部の高さ２６が開閉部の手前寸法２７でしめされる開閉部の収納スペース内に、閉じた時に収納される位置に行われる。また、折線部５と右支持片下辺２４がなす着接角度２８は９０度より大きい必要があり、本実施の形態では１２０度を採用している。同様に、折線部５と左支持片下辺２５がなす着接角度２８も同じ１２０度を採用している。

回転部１４は右回転片１５と左回転片１６を山折線１７を介して連接してなり、略楕円状の形状を採用している。図１の状態で、回転部１４は表面を正面に向けており、図示しない視点より表面の印刷を視認することができる。右係止片１８は、略二等辺三角形の形状を採用しており、二等辺の一辺は山折線１４を介して右支持片９のアーチ内側と連接し、他辺は右回転片１５と谷折線２０を介して連接している。同様に、左係止片２１も、略二等辺三角形の形状を採用しており、二等辺の一辺は山折線２２を介して左支持片１０のアーチ内側と連接し、他辺は左回転片１６と谷折線２３を介して連接している。

図１において、開閉部２は開く角度６が略１８０度となるように大きく開かれており、起立部７は起立した状態で、回転部１４はその山折線１７が折線部５と直交する位置にあり、図示しない視点より回転部１４の表面の印刷を視認することができる。回転部１４の表面の印刷を視認するには開閉部２の開く角度６を略１８０度とする必要があり、図１の状態で開閉部の手前寸法２７により示されるスペース２９が視野に入っている。従って広告等に使用する場合、回転部１４の表面に広告目的が印刷されていれば、直接的に広告目的を顧客に印象づけることができ、また、回転部１４をアイキャッチャーとして使用して広告目的を開閉部の手前寸法２７により示されるスペース２９に印刷したとしても、顧客に完全に開かせて視野にいれることで、間接的に広告目的を顧客に印象づけることができる。

本実施の形態において、開閉部２、起立部３の材質は紙を採用しているが、本発明はこれに限定するものではなく、例えば合成紙、プラスチック等も適宣に選択することが可能である。ただし、支持部８は起立可能な最低限の剛性を必要とすることはいうまでも無い。また、印刷を言及したのは回転部１４と開閉部２だけであるが、本発明はこれに限定するものではなく、支持部８、右係止片１８、左係止片１９の表面も同様に印刷が施されている。また、裏面の印刷も適宣に行ってよい。更に、開閉部２は略矩形、支持部８は略アーチ状、回転部１４は略楕円状、右係止片１８と左係止片１９は略二等辺三角形状を採用しているが、本発明はこれに限定するものではなく、回転部を回転できる形状を適宣に採用しても良い。更にまた、下側山折線１２は支持部８の安定性を向上する目的、及び、図３で述べる起立部７のパーツとして実生産の安定性向上の目的で設けられており、本発明必須の構成要件では無く、割愛しても回転部を回転できる形状とすることができる。

図２は、図１の右側面図である。図２において図１と同一番号を付したものは図１と同一のため説明を割愛する。尚、着接部１３は省略してある。図２において、１９は山折線１７と開閉部２の図示しない折線部５の角度である。図２において、３１は山折線１７と図示しない折線部５の角度である。図２において開閉部２と着接している支持部８は弓なりとなって起立しており、支持部８と山折線１９で連接された右係止片１８は支持部８に隠れている。右係止片１８と谷折線２０で連接されている回転部１４は、開閉部２と直交して起立しており、山折線１７と開閉部２の図示しない折線部５の角度１９は約９０度となっている。そのため回転部１４の表面を図示しない視点から視認することができる。

図３は、起立部の展開図である。図３において図１と同一番号を付したものは図１と同一のため説明を割愛する。図３において、４１は空間、４２は打ち抜き線である。図３において、起立部７は印刷した一枚の紙にスジ押加工及び打ち抜き加工を施して製造されている。スジ押加工において、上側山折線１１、下側山折線１２、山折線１７、山折線１９、山折線２２、谷折線２０、谷折線２３、右支持片下辺２４、左支持片下辺２５はスジを押され折り曲げが用意となる。打ち抜き加工において、空間４１は起立部７より抜き落とされ、支持部８と回転部１４の境界にあたる打ち抜き線４２は打ち抜かれる。

本実施の形態の様に、起立部７を一枚の紙にスジ押加工及び打ち抜き加工を施して製造する場合、下側山折線１２が重要となる。すなわち、右支持片９と左支持片１０が下側山折線１２で連接していない場合、空間４１は起立部７の外側とつながり、支持部としての剛性が落ちるとともに、右支持片９と左支持片１０が折れ曲がりやすくなる。これは、パーツとして大量に打ち抜き、運送し、開閉部に貼着するまでの間に折れ曲がり等の不良が発生しなすくなるという課題が発生する。従って、右支持片９と左支持片１０が下側山折線１２で連接することで、製造工程上の不良立を低減すると同時に、支持部としての剛性を向上させることが可能となる。
