Schraubknopf mit Sicherungseinrichtung.
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schraubknopf mit Sicherungseinrichtung. Solche Knöpfe sind bereits bekannt. Dem Wesen nach besteht die neue Sicherungseinrichtung darin, dass ein zwischen Knopf und Stoff eingelegtes Sicherheitsplättchen bei festgeschraubtem Knopf mit einer Xase in eine Ausnehmung des Knopfes einschnappt, aber infolge der Schlitzung des Plättchens mittels eines daran angebrachten Griffstückes zwecks Abschraubens des Knopfes wieder ausser Eingriff gebracht werden kann. wobei an der Unterseite des Plättchers angeordnete Stifte das Mitdrehen des Plättchens mit dem Knopfe verhindern.
In der Zeichnung ist der im Stoff befestigte Schraubknopf im Schnitt in Fig. i dargestellt ; Fig. s und 3 zeigen Einzelheiten.
Vorliegender Schraubknopf besteht aus drei Teilen, und zwar aus dem eigentlichen Knopf 1, welcher an der Unterseite mit in das Innere des Knopfes ragendem Gewinde 2 versehen ist, der Halteplatte 3 mit Gewindestift 4 und dem Sicherungsplättchen 5.
Die Befestigung des Schraubknopfes im Stoff erfolgt in der Weise, dass die Halteplatte 3 mit dem spitzen Gewindestift 4 an der entsprechenden Stelle durch den Stoff 6 gesteckt und auf den Gewindestift 4 der Knopf 1 aufgeschraubt wird. Zum Zwecke der Sicherung des Knopfes wird zwischen Stoff 6 und Knopf 1 das Sicherungsplättchen 5 eingelegt. Dieses besteht (Fig. 3) aus einem runden Plättchen. welches in der Mitte ein Loch 7 zum Aufstecken auf den Gewindestift 4 und von der Mitte bis zum Rande einen Schlitz 8 besitzt an einer der Seiten des Schlitzes ist das Plättchen mit einem Griffstück 9 versehen, und auf dieser Sete des Plättchens ist eine

The invention relates to a screw button with a safety device. Such buttons are already known. The essence of the new safety device is that a security plate inserted between the button and the fabric snaps into a recess of the button with a Xase when the button is screwed on, but is disengaged again due to the slitting of the plate by means of a handle attached to it for the purpose of unscrewing the button can. whereby pins arranged on the underside of the plate prevent the plate from rotating with the button.
