Fasstorverschluss.
Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet eine Einri@htung an Fasstürverschlüssen, und zwar besteht das Wesen derselben darin, dass die zum Spannen des Verschlussbügels dienende Befestigungsschraube in der Buchse durch einen an ihrem Ende vorgesehenen konischen Vierkant gehalten wird, so dass sie nach Lösung der Buchse von der Fasstür sofort aus der ersteren herausgeschoben worden kann.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in mehreren beispielsweisen Ausführungsformen dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 eine Einrichtung an Fasstürverschlüssen im Schnitt, Fig. 2 dieselbe in Draufsicht, Fig. 3 ein Ausführungsform in derselben Ansicht, Fig. 4 eine weitere Ausführungsform im Schnitt, Fig. 5 eine Ausführungsform der Einrichtung, bei welcher eine Vorrichtung zum besseren Abdichten der Fasstür vorgesehen ist, im Schnitt und Fig. 6 eine Draufsicht auf die in Fig. ó gezeigte Vorrichtung zum Abdichten.
Gemäss Fig. 1 und 2 ist der in bekannter Weise zum Spannen des Verschlussbügels dienende Schraubenbolzen 1 an seinem in der Büchse 3 befindlichen Ende mit einem konchen Vierkant 2 versehen, während die in der FasstUr einzuschraubende Büchse eine gleichartig gestaltete zentrale Öffnung aufweist.
Der Schraubenbolzen 1 wird in die Öffnung der Büchse von unten her eingeschoben und erst dann die letztere an die Fasstür eingeschraubt. Der Bolzen 1 ist hiedurch an der Büchse vollständig gesichert, ohne an derselben befestigt zu sein.
Zufolge der Ausführung nach Fig. 3 ist die Büchse 3 in heissem Zustande auf den konischen Vierkant des Bolzens 1 aufgezogen. Selbstverständlich kann statt des vierkantigen in diesem Falle auch ein runder Konus vorgesehen werden.
Die Fig. 4 zeigt eine Ausführungsform, bei welcher in den gesondert hergestellten Flansch 6 der Büchse ein hülsenförmiger Mittelteil 7 eingeschraubt ist, der in der oben beschriebenen Weise den Bolzen 1 aufnimmt. Soll hier der Bolzen von der Fasstür gelöst werden, so ist nur der Mittelteil 7 loszuschrauben, während der Flansch 6 an der Fasstür befestigt bleibt Selbstverstäudlich muss der Mittelteil zwecks Angriffes eines Mutterschlüssels mit einem Sechskant oder dgl. versehen sein.
Bei der Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 5 und 6 wird zunächst der Bolzen 1 an der Fasstilr 8 vermittelst der BUchse 3 gehalten, wie bereits in Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtlich ist. In einem gewissen Abstande über die Büchse ist eine Platte l) von der Form und Grösse dfr Fasstür, befestigt, die an der letzteren durch Stehbolzen 10 gehalten wird. In dem verbleibenden Zwischenraum ist eine ähnlich geformte Platte 11 eingelegt, die jedoch durch diametral verlaufende Schnitte in mehrere, im vorliegenden Falle vier, Teile zerlegt ist (Fig. 6). An denjenigen Stellen, an welchen die zwischen den Teilen dieser Platte 11 befindltchen Spalte gegen den Bolzen stossen, sind kleine Keile 12 eingelegt.
Diese be- wirken. dass beim Festziehen der Mutter des Bolzens 1 gegen den Bügel 13 infolge des konischen Bolzenteiles 2 die Keile 12 nach aussen getrieben und dadurch die Teile der
Platte 11 an die Ränder der Türöffnung gepresst werden. Hiedurch wird ein besonders gutes Abdichten der Tür erzielt, welche Wirkung noch durch Dichtungsauflagen 14 erhöht werden kann, die an den Anssenrändern der Plattenteile 11 angebracht werden.

The subject matter of the present invention is a device on drum door locks, the essence of which is that the fastening screw used to tension the locking bracket is held in the socket by a conical square head provided at its end, so that after the socket is released from the drum door can be pushed out of the former immediately.

According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the screw bolt 1, which is used in a known manner to tension the locking clip, is provided at its end located in the sleeve 3 with a conical square 2, while the sleeve to be screwed into the barrel has a similarly shaped central opening.
The screw bolt 1 is pushed into the opening of the bushing from below and only then is the latter screwed into the barrel door. The bolt 1 is thereby completely secured to the bushing without being attached to the same.
As a result of the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the bush 3 is drawn onto the conical square of the bolt 1 in the hot state. Of course, a round cone can also be provided instead of the square one in this case.
4 shows an embodiment in which a sleeve-shaped central part 7 is screwed into the separately produced flange 6 of the bushing, which receives the bolt 1 in the manner described above. If the bolt is to be loosened from the drum door, only the middle part 7 needs to be unscrewed, while the flange 6 remains attached to the drum door. Of course, the middle part must be provided with a hexagon or the like for the purpose of engaging a wrench.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 5 and 6, the bolt 1 is initially held on the barrel 8 by means of the bush 3, as can already be seen in FIGS. 1 and 2. At a certain distance above the bushing, a plate l) of the shape and size of the drum door is attached, which is held on the latter by stud bolts 10. In the remaining space a similarly shaped plate 11 is inserted, which, however, is divided into several, in the present case four, parts by diametrically extending cuts (FIG. 6). Small wedges 12 are inserted at those points where the gaps located between the parts of this plate 11 butt against the bolt.
These have an effect. that when tightening the nut of the bolt 1 against the bracket 13 as a result of the conical bolt part 2, the wedges 12 are driven outwards and thereby the parts of the
Plate 11 to be pressed against the edges of the door opening. This achieves particularly good sealing of the door, which effect can be further increased by sealing supports 14 that are attached to the edges of the plate parts 11.
