Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Einrichtung zur Befestigung von Stickereistoff an Stoffwellen für Stickmaschinen.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes in Fig. 1 in perspektivischer Ansicht, in Fig. 2 im Querschnitt dargestellt.
Die Stoffwello a, welche hier die Form eines Rohres hat, ist bei b zur Bildung der bekannten Nut am Umfang der Welle eingedrückt. In dieser Nut ist mittels eines Klotzes c eine Leiste d befestigt, welche mit der grösseren der zwei Seiten der Nut einen Schlitz bildet. In diesen werden die an der Kante des Tuches f eingenähten Schienen e geschoben.
Es war früher üblich, das Wellentuch durch Haken an einem Vorsprung der Stoffwelle zu befestigen. Diese Art der Befestigung ist aber insofern unsicher, als es leicht eintreten kann, dass bereits befestigte Haken sich wieder lösen, wenn andere Haken eingehängt werden. Die Befestigung nach vorliegender Erfindung dagegen bietet den Schienen e des Wellentuches einen sehr sicheren Halt.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Einrichtung zur Befestigung von Stickereistoff an Stoffwellen für Stickmaschinen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle an ihrem Umfang einen parallel zu ihrer Achse verlaufenden Schlitz zur Aufnahme von am Wellentuch befestigter Schienen aufweist.

The invention relates to a device for attaching embroidery material to material shafts for embroidery machines.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in Fig. 1 in a perspective view, in Fig. 2 in cross section.
The Stoffwello a, which here has the shape of a tube, is pressed in at b to form the known groove on the circumference of the shaft. In this groove, a bar d is fastened by means of a block c which forms a slot with the larger of the two sides of the groove. The rails e sewn into the edge of the cloth f are pushed into this.
It used to be customary to attach the corrugated cloth to a projection of the fabric shaft by hooks. However, this type of fastening is unsafe in that it can easily happen that hooks that have already been fastened come loose again when other hooks are hung. The attachment according to the present invention, however, offers the rails e of the corrugated cloth a very secure hold.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. A device for attaching embroidery material to fabric shafts for embroidery machines, characterized in that the shaft has a slot running parallel to its axis on its periphery for receiving rails attached to the shaft fabric.
