Luft wird bei diesen Erfindungen lediglich zum Transport und zum Lösen von Material verwendet. io Die Erfindung stellt sich die Aufgabe das fertige, sowie förderbare Nassmaterial mit Luftporen zu versetzen und dadurch sein Volumen um bis zu 20% zu erhöhen. Dies wird im wesentlichen dadurch erreicht, dass Luft über einen lösbaren Anschluss mit einer kreuzgeschlitzten Scheibe aus Silicongummi, welch die Luft einfließen lässt, aber stehendes Material beim Abfließen hindert, gesogen oder gedrückt wird. Die so in das Mörtelmaterial eingebrachte Luft, wird nun-15 mehr durch die Schneckenpumpe und den Mörtelschlauch, von der Mörtelfördermaschine bis zum Nachmischrohr am Ende des Druckschlauches transportiert. Im Nachmischrohr, welches keinen eigenen Antrieb besitzt und durch einen lösbaren Anschluss mit dem Mischschlauch verbunden ist, sind Mischkörper angeordnet, wobei die eingebrachte Luft durch den Druck der Pumpe, solange mit dem Nassmaterial (Gipsputz, Zementputz, Mörtelkleber,..) durchgemischt 20 wird, bis die Luft feinporig im Material eingebettet ist, so dass das Material mehr Volumen aufweist und auf den Untergrund aufgetragen werden kann. Das Einmischen der Luft geschieht durch wiederkehrendes Teilen der Luftporen.
