Die Fuhrung des Tragerbandes muss selbstverständlich so gestaltet werden dass sich im Be- reich des Durchtrittes des Tragerbandes durch das Gehause keine Leckstellen fur das Pflegefluid ergeben Zu diesem Zweck kann der endseitige Ansatz des Tragerbandes bei eingezogenem Tragerband den Gehauseschlitz gegenüber dem Pflegefluid abdichten,

so dass bei der Abnahme des Deckels das mit dem Pflegefluid behaftete Tragerband über die gewölbte Fuhrungsflache an die zu pflegende Korperstelle ange- drückt werden kann, und zwar aufgrund einer Handhabung des Gehauses ausschliesslich mit einer Hand. Es muss lediglich dafür gesorgt werden, dass das Trägerband auch im Bereich dieser ge- wölbten Führungsfläche mit dem Pflegefluid aus dem Vorratsbehälter des Gehäuses versorgt wird.

Die Vorrichtung zur Korperpflege besteht nach dem dargestellten Ausfuhrungsbeispiel aus einem Gehäuse 1, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, in das zwischen einem Boden 2 und einer Decke 3 ein Wickeldorn 4 für ein Tragerband 5 gelagert ist. Dieser Wickeldorn 4 weist eine gegenüber dem Gehäuse 1 drehfeste Dornabstützung 6, eine gegenüber dieser Dornabstützung 6 drehbare Wickelaufnahme 7 sowie eine zwischen der Dornabstützung 6 und der Wickelaufnahme 7 vorge- sehene Rückstellfeder auf, die beim Ausziehen des auf dem Wickeldorn 4 aufgewickelten Träger- bandes 5 gespannt wird und fur ein selbständiges Aufwickeln des Trägerbandes 5 auf dem Wi- ckeldorn 4 sorgt
Das Tragerband 5 wird vom Wickeldom 4 zu einer nach aussen gewolbten Führungsflache 8 des Gehauses 1 geführt, das im Bereich der Fuhrungsfläche 8 eine fensterartige Gehauseoffnung 9 bildet,
die durch einen Deckel 10 verschlossen werden kann, der in eine Verschiebefuhrung 11 des Gehäuses 1 eingreift. Von dieser Führungsflache 8 wird das Trägerband 5 durch einen Ge- häuseschlitz 12 aus dem Gehäuse 1 herausgeführt, wobei ein endseitiger Ansatz 13 des Trager- bandes 5 einen Handgnff zum Ausziehen des Trägerbandes 5 aus dem Gehäuse 1 bildet, das einen weiteren Handgriff zum Spannen des Tragerbandes 5 darstellt Das Tragerband 5 kann daher uber den Ansatz 13 aus dem Gehäuse 1 ausgezogen und zwischen dem Ansatz 13 und dem Gehause 1 gespannt gehalten werden
Das Gehäuse 1 bildet einen Vorratsbehälter fur ein Pflegefluid, das über eine verschliessbare Fullöffnung 14 in das Gehäuse 1 eingefüllt werden kann Wird demnach das Tragerband 5 in Richtung des Pfeiles 15 aus dem Gehäuse 1 ausgezogen,
so wird mit dem Tragerband 5 an die- sem anhaftendes Pflegefluid ausgetragen. Über das ausgezogene Tragerband 5, das zwischen dem Ansatz 13 und dem Gehause 1 gespannt gehalten wird, kann somit Pflegefluid dosiert auf Körperstellen aufgetragen und verteilt werden Nach einem solchen Fluidauftrag wird das Trager- band 5 wieder in das Gehäuse 1 eingezogen, wobei es wieder mit Pflegefluid getrankt wird Uber den endseitigen Ansatz 13 des eingezogenen Tragerbandes 5 kann der Gehäuseschlitz 12 in ein- facher Weise abgedichtet werden Zu diesem Zweck kann der Ansatz 13 mit einer entsprechenden Dichtung versehen sein
