Gleiche Bezugszeichen bedeuten in allen Figuren gleiche Einzelheiten.

The invention relates to a heater according to the preamble of claim 1
Such heaters are generally operated in the heating value range, in which condensate precipitation is avoided.
On the other hand, heaters are also known in which the heat exchanger is operated in the condensate zone, in which the heat of condensation of the condensate precipitating is also used, so that the efficiency is very high. In these known heaters, the entire heat exchanger is designed as a condensation heat exchanger and designed for exposure to condensate. However, this results in a relatively complex structure, the heat exchanger having to be made from a very corrosion-resistant material.
The aim of the invention is to avoid this disadvantage and to propose a heater of the type mentioned at the outset which is distinguished by a very high degree of efficiency and a simple structure.
According to the invention, this is achieved in a heater of the type mentioned at the outset by the characterizing features of claim 1.
The proposed measures ensure that the heater can be manufactured in a modular manner, using a conventional heat exchanger designed for heating value operation. Condensing operation is possible by adding the condensation heat exchanger.
Since the condensate fails on the side of the heat exchanger facing away from the burner, it is sufficient if only this area is made of a correspondingly corrosion-resistant material. The use of an out-of-round cross-section of the condenser heat exchanger tube results in the advantage of an enlarged surface and thus a better heat exchange. This also ensures that a speed increase occurs on the gas side due to the decrease in the flow cross-section, which likewise improves the heat transfer
The features of claim 3 result in a simple construction of the condensation heat exchanger, which is expediently made of stainless steel.
The features of claim 4 give the advantage of a very good drainage of the condensate that forms.
The features of claim 5 also have the advantage of a very good heat exchange with the combustion gases of the burner
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. FIGS. 1 to 3 schematically show three different embodiments of a heating device according to the invention
The same reference numerals mean the same details in all figures.
In all embodiments, a fully premixed gas-blown burner 1 designed as a fall burner is arranged in the uppermost region 8 of a heating shaft 2. A heat exchanger 6 is arranged below the burner 1 and has a tube 3 with a circular cross section, which is equipped with ribs or fins 4.
A condensation heat exchanger 7 is arranged in a lower region 9 of the heat exchanger 6.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, this is constructed with a tube 5 with a rectangular cross section. The individual sections of the tube 5 are arranged in the vertical projection onto the heat exchanger 6 between the tubes 3 thereof. The tube 5 can also be provided with ribs or fins
The embodiment according to FIG. 2 differs from that according to FIG. 1 in that the condensation heat exchanger 7 is constructed with a tube 5b with a triangular cross section. The tip 10 of the tube 5b is directed towards the burner 1
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the condensation heat exchanger 7 is formed by a plate heat exchanger 5c.
When operating the heating devices according to FIGS. 1 to 3, the combustion gases flow through the burner
1 in the direction of arrow 11, the heat exchanger 6, whereby no condensate may occur due to the high temperatures of the fuel gases. The correspondingly cooled fuel gases then flow through the condensation heat exchanger 7, with the fuel gases being cooled to below the dew point of the fuel gases, so that Condensate accumulates
This results in very favorable conditions for draining the condensate, in particular in the embodiment according to FIG. 2.
