Leitwände in mehrere, z.

There are washing machines for cleaning vegetables, lettuce and. Like. Known the one
Have wash tubs which receive laundry and have a substantially circular circumference, in particular cylindrical shape, in the interior of which the rinse water is introduced approximately tangentially by means of a circulating pump and is set into a circular motion therein, a drainage channel connecting to a bottom grate provided on the lower part of this wash tub that a the
Contains dirt-retaining strainer and its outlet leads to the circulating pump, one at the point of entry of the washing water moved by the circulating pump into the washing tub
Flat nozzle device is provided.
The object of the invention is to introduce the rinsing water into the rinsing tub, by means of which the dirt particles are distributed as evenly as possible and thus local blockages of the strainer holding back the dirt particles can be avoided.
It solves this problem in that the flat nozzle device consists of several in one
Flat lying flat nozzles is composed, each of which by radiating
Baffles in several, e.g. B. is divided into four outflow channels.
The drawings show the essential parts of the invention in exemplary form.
1 shows a sectional view of the vegetable washing machine transverse to the washing tub axis, FIG. 2 shows a side section through FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 shows a side section to FIG. 1 with the illustration of a
Flat nozzle arrangement.
According to FIGS. 1 to 3, the washing tub-1-has an approximate, in particular flattened, cylindrical shape and bears a flat nozzle --2-- on an inner circumferential surface near its upper edge, through which the washing water is essentially tangential into the tub -l-enters, into which the vegetables to be washed have been introduced from above through an opening. The
Fresh water is also supplied in a manner known per se from the upper edge of the washing tub. The vat-l-is provided on its lower wall with a floor grate --3--, which preferably has a mesh size of several millimeters, e.g.
B. 6 mm, and accordingly also retains coarse impurities in addition to the laundry when the rinse water from the
Vat reaches a drainage channel --4-- which extends parallel to the axial length of the tub and has an inclination up to its one end, which is followed by a floor drain --10--. Inside the gutter is an approximately parallel one
Very fine sieve --5--, which, like the drainage channel, has a funnel-shaped or, if necessary, semicircular profile and, when compared to that of the bottom grate --3--, considerably less
Mesh size has a total passage area that is larger than the total passage area of this
Floor grating.
One longitudinal wall of the drainage channel --4-- has an outlet --6--, to which a pipe --7-- connects, which is connected to the inlet of the circulation pump --8--, the outlet pipe - 9-- via the flat nozzle --2-- leads into the interior of the wash tub-l-where wash water and wash items are moved in the direction of the round arrows. The smaller of the dirt particles that have passed through the floor grate --3-- are retained by the fine sieve --5-- and transported outwards by the flushing water flow via the inner pipe of the floor drain --10--.
The larger, coarse dirt particles retained by the floor grate --3-- can be removed by lifting this floor grate out of the tub-l, while the fine screen --5-- is fed through a screen nozzle --11-- - preferably program-controlled - fresh water , u. Every time the bottom drain valve --10-- is opened and thus contaminants are removed via its inner tube belonging to the fine sieve, while impurities remaining on the fine sieve are removed by cleaning the fine sieve after the washing process. The dirt parts remaining on the floor grate --3-- or on the fine sieve --5-- are then conveyed into the floor drain-10-via a floor nozzle --12--.
The flat nozzle arrangement provided in the upper part of the washing tub 1 according to FIG. 3 shows three individual flat nozzles --13, 14, 15-- which are arranged next to one another in one plane and which pass through the pipes --16, 17, 18-- to the outlet pipe --9-- of the circulation pump --8-- (see also Fig. 1). The comparative effect of the flat nozzle - 13, 14, 15 - on the rinse water circulation can be further improved by the fact that each of these nozzles by several, z. B. three baffles --19, 20, 21-- is divided, so that this creates, for example, a total of twelve outflow channels.

Finally, the washing tub-l-can be divided into several individual tubs, each with a flat nozzle device --13, 14, 15--, by means of several partition walls --22 and 23--, which fill its cross section, which makes it possible to have several vegetables - or to rinse types of lettuce at the same time.
