The invention relates to a device for fastening fitting parts in a frame or sash profiled by angular grooves, in particular made of light metal or plastic, of windows, doors or the like, in which the fitting part is inserted into the frame or sash and against lifting out by a cross-sectional projection of the frame or sash is secured under this clamped fastening piece.
Devices of this type are known in which a fitting part is fastened without special holes in a profiled frame or sash, so that it is not weakened by such holes and the fitting part can be removed or exchanged for another fitting part without the fitting parts are tied to the existence of an existing hole. In many cases, however, it is desirable to avoid drilling holes in the fitting part.

tilts and then screwed together in the inserted state. Flawless attachment is not guaranteed, however, because due to the necessity of tilting, it is not possible to fit the individual parts exactly into the undercut cross-sectional grooves.
Also, there is no tensioning of the object in question in the groove, but rather only tensioning of the two parts relative to one another without creating a clamping pressure in the groove itself.
In contrast, the invention is based on the object of allowing the fitting part to be braced within the profiled frame or sash without screw holes being required both in the frame or sash and in the fitting part.
The invention accordingly consists in the fact that the fastening piece is designed as a clamping claw which overlaps the cross-sectional projection on the one hand by means of a hook-shaped cross-sectional part under the cross-sectional projection of the frame or wing or a part firmly connected to the wing and on the other hand by means of a second projecting cross-sectional part Interposition of a preferably Z-shaped fitting part or directly clamped by screws or wedges.
In a practical embodiment of the invention, the clamping claw is inserted into the angular groove through a gap which is formed between a wall part of the frame or wing and the lateral cross-sectional projection thereof.
The hardware components can be fixed instead of using screw elements or additionally

B. Fitting parts such. B. waves of handles od. Like., By appropriate gearing with these or encompassing the same or the like. To secure against displacement transversely to the longitudinal direction of the profiled frame or wing.
Exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawings. 1 shows an embodiment of the invention in a section through a fitting part and a clamping claw, FIG. 2 shows a longitudinal section (horizontal with a lying profile) through a further embodiment of the invention, e.g. B. to fix the shaft of a handle, in section along line 2-2 of FIG. 3, FIG. 3 shows a section along line 3-3 of FIG. 2, FIG. 4 shows a section along line 4-4 of FIG. 2 and FIG. 5 shows a perspective drawing of a further embodiment of the invention with a fitting part braced under wedge action.
The frame or sash shown in Fig. L --1120--, the z. B. consists of light metal, has, for example, profile projections -1122a, 1122b and 1122c--, through which groove-shaped grooves --1123a and 1123b-- are formed, among other things. On the ledges --1122b
EMI1.3
is pushed down the side.
To clamp the hardware part --1124-- in the frame or sash, a clamping claw is used which has a C-shape in cross section, one leg of which --1117-- is hook-shaped
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
is formed and engages under a profile projection --1122e-- of the projecting cross-sectional part --1122b-- of the frame or sash designed as a counter hook.
The other leg --1118-- of the clamping claw --1116-- has a threaded hole --1125a-- in which one towards the hook-shaped end --1117-- and thus against the flange
EMI2.1
shifted to the left so that its flange --1124b-- comes to rest under the projecting end --1122d-- of the cross-sectional part --1122c--, whereby the fitting part --1124-- e.g. is also supported laterally against the end --1122d-- of the cross-section part.
Then the clamping claw --1116-- is inserted with its hook-shaped end --1117-- through the gap - 1119--, so that the hook-shaped end --1117-- in the groove --1123a-- under the cross-sectional projection --1122e-- of the cross-sectional part --1122b-- can grip. Then screw the screw --1125-- against the flange --1124a-- of the fitting part --1124-- so that it is firmly clamped to the frame or sash. The clamping claw --1116-- can be supported on the back against the wall of the cross-section part --1122a-- of the frame or sash. However, the arrangement is expediently such that the clamping claw can move freely and has a certain play in relation to the cross-sectional part --1122a--.
Depending on the length of the fitting part, one or more clamps --1116-- can be provided. A clamp --1116-- can also have a longer length and accommodate two or more screws --1125--.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 2 to 4, a clamping element serving as a clamping claw --1116a-- is used to hold the shaft --1162--, e.g. B. a handle that controls an actuator or the like. Secure against displacement transverse to the longitudinal direction of the groove of the profiled frame or sash --1120--, i.e. in the axial direction of the shaft.
The clamp --1116a-- is for this purpose at one or both ends (related to the longitudinal direction of the groove of the frame or
Wing) with projections --1163--, which on the one hand have the opposite projections
Grip circumferential parts of the shaft --1162-- from above and below and, on the other hand, grips between collar-projecting parts --1164 and 1165-- of the shaft or parts connected to or axially supported by the shaft, thereby fixing the shaft in the axial direction . Axial support can be provided on conical surfaces-1166--.
Fig. 5 further shows an embodiment with a clamping claw --1116b-- designed as a wedge element. For this purpose, the clamping claw has a wedge surface --1167--. which interacts with a wedge surface --1168-- of the fitting part --1124--. The wedge surfaces have such a wedge angle that the clamping claw --1116b-- is jammed with the fitting part --1124-- by self-locking by pushing it in the longitudinal direction k of the groove of the frame or sash --1120--.
Instead of directly on the fitting part --1124--, the wedge surface --1168-- can also be arranged on an intermediate element that may be firmly connected to the fitting part. If necessary, the clamping claw --1116b-- can also be clamped by means of wedges by screws, which e.g. B. --1125b--, corresponding to the screws --1125--, can be screwed into the clamping claw.
The bracing of the fitting part can also be provided by means of a wedge effect instead of by means of claws by means of clamping elements which are designed or fastened in a different way.
