   PATENTANSPRUCH : 
Vorrichtung zum Verspannen eines Zapfens mit einem Bauteil, insbesondere Verbinder von Möbelteilen, wobei der Zapfen in eine in dem Bauteil angebrachte Bohrung eingeführt und mittels einer am Bauteil eingesetzten Wurmschraube verspannt wird, wobei der Zapfen in seinem Umfang eine Druckfläche für den Angriff der Wurmschraube aufweist,   dadurch gekennzeichnet,   dass die Wurmschraube (8) im Bauteil (4) schräg, vorzugsweise senkrecht zur Druckfläche (7) des Zapfens   (1)   angeordnet ist.

    Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Verspannen eines Zapfens mit einem Bauteil, insbesondere Verbinder von Möbelteilen, wobei der Zapfen in eine in dem Bauteil angebrachte Bohrung eingeführt und mittels einer am Bauteil eingesetzten Wurmschraube verspannt wird, wobei der Zapfen in seinem Umfang eine Druckfläche für den Angriff der Wurmschraube aufweist.
    Bei einer bekannten Ausführungsform steht die Wurmschraube senkrecht zur Achse des Zapfens, so dass eine Kegelfläche der Schraube mit einer Kegelfläche des Zapfens in Art eines Kegelrädergetriebes zusammenwirken. Da der Zapfen jedoch keine Drehung ausführen kann, kommt es zu erheblichen Reibungswiderständen beim Anziehen der Schraube. Diese werden noch dadurch verstärkt, dass die Schraube auch quer zu ihrer Achse exzentrisch in die Gewindegänge hineingedrückt wird, wodurch in diesen Gängen ein hohes Reibungsdrehmoment auftritt. Es kann daher nur ein geringer Teil des aufgewendeten Drehmomentes in eine Zugkraft im Zapfen umgesetzt werden.
    Da die Achse der Schraube senkrecht zur Stiftachse ist, muss der Zapfen eine erhebliche Länge aufweisen, damit für das Ansetzen und Betätigen eines Schraubenziehers genügend Platz zum benachbarten Bauteil bleibt.
    Die Erfindung bezweckt diese Nachteile zu vermeiden, was dadurch erreicht wird, dass die Wurmschraube im Bauteil schräg, vorzugsweise senkrecht zur Druckfläche des Zapfens angeordnet ist.
    Die Achse der Wurmschraube kann gegenüber der Zapfenachse stark geneigt vorgesehen sein, so dass die Bewegung der Wurmschraube einfach ist. Wird die Druckfläche des Zapfens als Ringfläche ausgebildet, so ist der Zapfen daher symmetrisch ausgebildet und braucht nicht in ausgerichtete Lage angeordnet werden. Ausserdem ist das Drehmoment zum Verspannen von Wurmschraube und Zapfen bei gleichem Spanndruck wesentlich geringer als bei der bekannten Ausführungsform, da die Berührung zwischen Zapfen und Schraube in der Achse der Schraube oder in deren Nähe erfolgt.
    In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform im Schnitt dargestellt.
    Ein aus Kunststoff bestehender Zapfen --1-- ist in an sich bekannter Weise in einem Möbelteil --2-- verankert. In einem andern Möbelteil --3-- sitzt ein Bauteil --4--, der eine Bohrung --5-- zur Aufnahme des Endes des Zapfens --1-- aufweist. Der Zapfen ist mit einer Ringnut --6-- versehen, deren Flanken schräg verlaufen, so dass eine kegelige Druckfläche --7-- gegeben ist. An diese greift eine Wurmschraube --8-- ein, die in einem schräg angeordneten Gewindeloch --9-- des Bauteiles --4-- eingeschraubt ist.
    In der Zeichnung beträgt der Winkel zwischen der Zapfenachse --10-- und der Schraubenachse --11-- 450, so dass die Schraube --8-- trotz der von den Möbelteilen --2 und 3-- gebildeten Ecke leicht betätigt werden kann. **WARNUNG** Ende CLMS Feld Kannt Anfang DESC uberlappen**.
