Seitenschwingungen, senkrechte Schwingungen, Verdrehschwingungen u. a.

<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>
So z.

Vibrating machine for sinking piles, bars, etc.
To erect many structures, it is necessary to countersink rods (piles) with a prism-shaped or tubular cross-section, hollow cylinders (sink wells) and plates (when building retaining walls).
Posts are usually rammed with the help of steam or pneumatic hammers or with the help of drop hammers, in which the bear is pulled up to the height of the fall using a cable winch (dynamic process). Retaining walls are usually built from a few prefabricated parts, including or by ramming sheet piles using the dynamic method - using pile hammers. Hollow cylinders (sink wells), which are much heavier than driven piles, are sunk by virtue of their own weight while the soil is excavated from their hollow space (static method); In such cases, the wells are designed with thick walls so that their own weight is greater than the frictional force between the ground and the outer surface of the well.
If the soil excavation takes place under complicated groundwater conditions, the caisson method using compressed air is used.
The vibration method for countersinking piles and thin-walled hollow cylinders (sink wells) is a more modern and progressive method than those mentioned above.
Essentially, this method consists of a vibrating machine being rigidly connected to the component intended to be countersunk. When the vibrating machine is started up, the "retractable element vibrating machine" system vibrates. Under the influence of the vibrations and the system's own weight, the construction element is sunk into the ground. The vibrating machine can be built in such a way that different types of vibration of the retractable element arise, e.g. B.
Lateral vibrations, vertical vibrations, torsional vibrations, etc. a. The type of oscillation of the system depends on the shape and type of the unbalanced masses moving in the system.
Known vertical vibrating machines are built in such a way that they produce a frequency of the forced vibrations of the retractable element that is two to four times greater than the natural vibration frequency of the element as a rigid body in the floor area. This is why these machines are called high-frequency vibrators.
From operating experience it is known that the high-frequency vibrating machines only ensure the sinking of light piles, usually sheet piles, in water-saturated sandy soils. As a result of the great accelerations of the system vibrations, which reach a value of 9 to 13 g, these machines are not durable enough and have a high energy consumption in operation. The inadequate sinking performance of these machines can be explained by the fact that the amplitude of the forced vibrations of the system is insufficient to form permanent deformations in the ground area under the end face (pole tip) of the retractable element.
In the case of further known proposals, combined torsional and vertical vibrations are given to the system. To increase the stability, a gyroscope can also be provided. The use of such a device is only recommended for cylindrical elements, because only such devices allow constant rotation of the element. In practice, however, there are mostly flat or asymmetrical profiles for which the above device is unsuitable for countersinking.
Devices have also become known in which the vibrating machine is not connected to the pile. In such a case, the device gives the pile only sudden impulses, which is why such a device can be described as a vibration hammer.
The invention seeks to create an effective vibrating machine that is suitable for all profiles, including thin-walled sheet piles of large dimensions. It is characterized in that
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
it is rigidly attached to the end face of the construction element intended for sinking and vertical vibrations of the system, consisting of the vibrating machine and the construction element intended for sinking, with an idle amplitude of the system equal to 1-3 cm and a frequency of 3-7.5 Hz, evokes. Through these measures, the resonance effect of the oscillating system is also used, whereby a considerable increase in the effect can be achieved.
With the specified amplitude size, it is also possible to
EMI2.1
these machines are more durable and use less energy.
In a more detailed embodiment of the invention, the vibrating machine is characterized in that a self-wedging conical device is provided for the rigid attachment of the same to the pile, which consists of a metal cone bushing connected to the vibrating machine housing, in which a metal body which is fastened to the pile face , protrudes. This ensures easy handling of the machine during operation.
For the purpose of using the vibrator to sink shafts, it is z. B. mounted on half-timbered structures within a steel or reinforced concrete shell, which is arranged in the shaft bottom zone and serves as a sinking vibrating shield; Above the vibrating shield, the shaft lining, which can be composed of rings or segments, is attached to it.
Further advantages and purposes of the present invention can be seen from the following description and the drawings.

The vibrating machine for sinking piles consists of an electric motor 1, which is rigidly connected to the housing 2, in which a four-shaft vertical direction vibrator is arranged, which is driven via a gear train 3, and a self-wedging cone device 4 for the rigid connection of the vibrating machine with the pile head for the duration of the pile sinking.
During operation of the vibrating machine mounted on the pile, vertical vibrations of the system "vibrating machine-pile" arise. as a result of the change in altitude of the center of gravity of the system, which is a result of the rotation of the upper (5 and 6) and lower (7 and 8) shaft pairs with eccentrics 9, 10, 11 and 12 is) The shafts of each shaft pair run with the same speed in the opposite direction of rotation. The eccentrics on each shaft of the given shaft pair have the same static moments in relation to the shaft axes. The speed of rotation of the upper and lower pairs of waves is the same and, for the purpose of utilizing the resonance phenomena, is assumed to be 6.5 - 7.5 Hz.
According to the scheme shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4, vibrating machines can be developed which differ from one another according to the motor power, the moment of the unbalanced eccentric masses and the speed of the shafts and for sinking piles with a weight of 0, 5-6 t and a load-bearing capacity of the sunk piles of 25 - 250 t in different types of soil.
The housing 2 of the vibrating machine can be welded from sheet steel. The output shafts 5, 6, 7 and 8 run in the housing 2 in roller bearings. The eccentrics 9, 10, 11 and 12 are keyed onto the working shaft and fastened by screws with the aid of brackets.
The lubrication of the gears of the reduction gear 3 on the drive of the vibrating machine takes place durc
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
The oil is splashed into the chambers on the machine sides (not shown in the figure), the shaft bearings are lubricated by the pressurized oilers (not shown in the figure) on the end faces of the shafts 5, 6, which are introduced during machine production and are in operation , 7 and 8 grease to be refilled.
On the outside of the machine housing 2, four guide rollers 13 are attached, which are required to operate the machine on ram jibs. and four eyebolts 14 for attaching the suspension ropes.
The self-wedging cone device 4 consists of the cone bushing 15 (see Figs. 5, 6, 7 and 8) which is fastened to the machine base by screws (not shown in the figure), and a steel cone 16 which is fastened to the upper pile face On the post, the taper bushing 15 is slipped onto the cone 16 and the effect of the machine's own weight results in a rigid connection between the bushing 15 and the cone 16.
The tapered connection is wedged loose after the pile has been countersunk with the aid of a wedge (not shown in the figure), which is hammered into the hole 17 intended for wedging (see Fig.
3) the cone connection is driven. The wedging must be carried out with the machine hoist rope tensioned or with the vibrator operating at low speeds.
The steel cone 6 (see Figures 5, 6, 7 and 8) is fastened by means of thread 18 in the nut 19 of the support plate 20, which is rigidly connected to the retractable pile. The type of connection between the support plate 20 and the pile depends on the shape and material of the pile and the connection can be designed in different ways. So z. B. on a tubular steel pile, the conical support plate is attached with four screws welded to the pipe wall (not shown in the figure). The support plate 20 with the cone 16 is to be attached to the pile before it is erected at the sink point. The wedge force of the cone connection 15, 16 with the pile reaches 30-50 t.
For this reason, an equally great force must be applied to wedge the tapered connection 15, 16 and the wedge is used to wedge the wedge. for which the hole 17 (Fig. 3) is intended, represents heavy work.
Hydraulic wedging can be used to mechanize manual work when wedging the connection 15, 16. For this purpose, a piston 21 can be installed in the conical liner 15 (see FIGS. 5, 6 and 7), which, if a liquid pressure is generated above the upper piston face in the cavity 23 of the conical liner 15, with its lower face 22 on the upper The face of the cone 16 presses. This pressure can be generated by forcing the liquid through the nozzle 24 (Fig. 5) with the aid of a pump, by screwing in its plunger 25 with the handle 2C (see Fig. 6) or by the impact force exerted on the plunger 27 (see Fig. 7). be generated.
In the latter two cases, the liquid pressure exerted on the cone 16 by the piston 21 is proportional to the screwing-in force, the impact force and the ratio between the cross-section of the plunger and the piston.
Instead of a liquid, a hyclroplast material can be used in the conical liner space above the piston and in this case the weight of the piston and the hydraulic layer must be less than the atmospheric pressure acting on the piston lower part from the cone. The pressure in the hydroplastic material and, accordingly, the pressure exerted by the piston on the cone, can be determined by a screw-in or hammer-driven plunger, as shown in Figs.
7, can be generated.
In addition, the conical connection 15, 16 can be wedged loose by the pressure of the liquid pressed into the cavity 28 (FIG. 8) of the sleeve 15 over the end face of the inserted cone 16; In this case, a sleeve 29 is used at the bottom of the cone 16, which covers the contact surfaces. The sleeve 29 is pressed on by the nut 30, which engages in the thread 31 on the lower part of the cone.
The low-frequency (resonance) vibrating machines can be used not only for sinking piles, but also for sinking shells weighing up to 40 t into sandy soils by excavating the soil from the cavity of the retractable shell. In practice, it is quite possible to sink bowls with a greater weight in soils of other types.
For sinking heavy shells, the vibrating machine consists of two unbalanced single-shaft vibrators 31 and 32 arranged in a housing 33 (see FIGS. 9, 10 and 11). In the middle of the housing 33 an opening 34 is provided for digging the soil out of the cavity of the retractable shell. The soil can be conveyed by means of a pneumatic height conveyor or a hydraulic Schöff bush. The opening 34 is also used when the vibrating machine is operated to lower pressure water pipes for the destruction of the soil in the cavity of the shell. The attachment of the machine on the retractable shell 35 takes place with the help of the flange 36 and with screws.
The synchronous operation of both vibrators is ensured by the mechanical coupling of the vibrator shafts

ensured by the coupling wheels 37 and by the electrical coupling on the part of the rotor and stator of the asynchronous motors with a common starting resistance.
When erecting quays, landing stages, canal protection walls, sluices and protection walls against filtration, conventional piles or sheet piles are sunk in rows using the dynamic or vibration method. In this way, walls are erected in the floor area. The low-frequency vibrating machine enables thin-walled reinforced concrete shell plates to be countersunk in place of conventional or sheet piles, which correspond to the shape of several Larsen sheet piles connected in a line. In the upper part, these shell plates must have a stiffening beam for receiving and attaching the vibrating machine.
The success of this work is confirmed by the sinking of thin-walled cylindrical shells made of reinforced concrete. So z. B. has a cylindrical shell made of reinforced concrete with a diameter of 3 m, which was sunk with the help of the low-frequency vibrating machine described, in the unwound state the shape of a plate of 9.3 m length.
One embodiment of the cited low frequency (resonance) vibrating machine for sinking thin-walled plates (dishes) is shown in FIGS. This type of embodiment is characterized in that the rotational frequency of the eccentric was assumed to be 4 to 5 Hz in order to utilize the resonance phenomenon. According to the formula given above, for an approximate determination of the natural frequency of a plate as a rigid body in the floor area, the natural frequency of the system / vibrating machine shell (plate) /, taking into account the actual system weight occurring in practice and the soil properties, is 4-5 Hz assumed.
One embodiment of the vibrating machine for sinking plates (trays) consists of an electric motor 38 with shaft projections on both sides. The ends 39 and 40 of the motor shaft 28 are connected to two reduction gears 43 and 44 by the clutches 41 and 42. Each reduction gear has two bevel gears: 45, 46 and 47, 48. The eccentrics 51, 52 and 53, 54 are attached to the protruding ends of the reduction gear shafts 49 and 50 on both sides. The motor and the reduction gears are mounted and fastened on the common support plate 55 of the vibrating machine.
Four dampers 56, 57, 58 and 59 are arranged on the support plate for eliminating the vibratory effect of the system, which can be transmitted to the crane boom through the crossbeam 60 and the hanging ropes 61; the suspension ropes 61 hold the plate 62 in a vertical position while it is being lowered. The support plate 55 of the vibrating machine is attached to the retractable plate (shell) 62 by means of studs 63, the ends of which are welded to the plate reinforcement.
In order to bring the holes in the support plate 55 of the vibrating machine to coincide with the pin ends protruding from the retractable plate (shell) 62, an intermediate plate 64 is arranged as a template.
The embodiment of the vibrating machine shown in FIGS. 12 and 13 can also be used for sinking thin-walled cylinder shells, if the machine is attached to the water line of the lowerable cylinder body.
The tasks of the construction industry also include the creation of vertical shafts for various purposes. This work is often carried out in loose soil with the help of dewatering, the freezing method or the compressed air caisson method. The shafts are usually sunk to a great depth. In these cases, the use of a vibrating machine is not only limited by the weight of the retractable construction, but also by the frictional force that increases on the outer surface of the casing as the countersink depth increases. It is therefore advisable to use the vibrating machine near the bottom of the shaft.
For this purpose, the vibrating machines shown in FIGS. 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 are for sinking cylindrical or flat plates (shells) within the steel or reinforced concrete cylinder 65 (see FIGS. 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 ) to assemble, which serves as the casing of a sinking vibrating shield and thereby enables the work to be carried out using the sinking method for deep shafts; the vibrating machine is attached to the framework components 66 within the casing 65. The expansion of the shaft in the zone above the vibrating shield is carried out with segments 67; in the first period of the advance, the weight of the shaft lining is partially transferred to the shield itself via the elastic supports 68 by means of a vibrating shield.
A shaft is created with the help of a vibrating shield in the case of complicated hydrogeological conditions according to the telescope scheme; the mantle height of the vibrating shield must be determined taking into account the necessary protection against water-saturated rock layers.
The vibrating shield, which is assembled from a vibrating machine for sinking thin-walled cylindrical bodies (see FIGS. 14, 15 and 16), has a central opening 69 for excavating the earth and for letting the workers into the shield chamber.
