Compression spring for electrical switchgear
The invention relates to a compression spring for electrical switching devices, a push button acting on the compression spring consisting of a leaf spring.
It is known to use compression springs for electrical switching devices that are actuated by a push button. Insofar as they are leaf springs, these springs are either straight, U-shaped or also
S-shaped with or without an attached locking device. All these spring forms have the disadvantage that they often do not show sufficient stability and are also only able to deliver a pressure in the direction of the force to be actuated.
The aim of the invention is that the compression spring has greater stability and deflects the effective direction of the exerting force up to 900 without using any intermediate links.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the leaf spring is bent into a rigid triangle, apart from the elasticity of the spring, one side of which is extended beyond the corner point and is supported with this extension in the same way as a clamp and that on one of the other two Corner points of the triangle the push button is arranged, whereas in the movement area of the third, the switch part to be operated is arranged.
The side of the triangle pointing from the push button to the clamping point is preferably considerably shorter than the other two sides of approximately equal length. The push button is at most carried by the leaf spring itself. According to a preferred embodiment, the triangularly curved leaf spring is shaped in such a way that when the push button is actuated, the paths of the corner points of the triangle do not lie in the same plane.
Further details of the invention are discussed with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings.
In FIG. 1, the leaf spring is bent into a rigid triangle, apart from the elasticity of the spring, one side of which is extended beyond the corner point and is clamped in the abutment 4 with this extension. At one of the other two corner points of the triangle, the push button 2 for the actuating force P is arranged; A shift lever 3 to be actuated with the shift force p protrudes into the range of motion of the third corner point.
Fig. 2 shows the side view of the triangular spring 1, from which it can be seen at the same time that the spring 1 can be bent out in the shape 1 'and thus the paths of the corner points of the triangle do not need to lie in the same plane.
According to the scheme of FIG. 3, when the push button is actuated, point B moves to B 'and point A moves to A'. Accordingly, the compression h for the spring arm a behaves approximately like the expression

love to be varied.
