Bitumen-Spritzgerät
Die bekannten Spritzgerät für das Teeren von Strassendecken haben den Nachteil, dass der Inhalt der Bitumenfässer in das Spritzgerät umgefüllt werden muss.
Es wurde zwar schon vorgeschlagen, das Teerfass gleich auf dem karrenartigen Gestell des Gerätes anzubringen, jedoch wird hiedurch an der Notwendigkeit des Umfüllens grundsätzlich nichts geändert, sondern dieses höchstens erleichtert.
Den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildet ein Bitumenspritzgerät, bei welchem das Umfüllen erspart wird und das Ausspritzen der Flüssigkeit unmittelbar aus dem Fass erfolgt.
Erfindungsgemäss wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass der Feuerkasten an einer offen gelassenen Seite desselben mit einer Halterung für das Bitumenfass versehen ist, so dass die Erwärmung des Teeres unmittelbar in diesem stattfindet.
Die Tragholme des Gestelles werden hiebei vorteilhaft nach unten abknickbar ausgeführt, um das Fass in die Halterung rollen zu können.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, u. zw. zeigen Fig. l das Gerät in Seitenansicht, teilweise im Schnitt, und Fig. 2 eine Stirnansicht desselben.

Die beiden Tragholme bestehen aus festen Teilen 7 und den um das Gelenk 8 nach abwärts schwenkbaren Teilen 9. Beide Teile tragen je eine Hülse 10 bzw. 11, in die ein Bolzen 12 hindurchsteckbar ist, der die beiden Teile jedes Tragholmes in der gestreckten Lage fixiert.
Wenn die Teile 9 nach Herausziehen der Bolzen 12 in die in Fig. 1 strichpunktierte Lage nach abwärts geschwenkt werden, so kann das mit Bitumen gefüllte Fass 6 hinaufgerollt und in die als Halterung dienenden Schienen 5 eingelegt werden.
Durch den Spund des Fasses wird dann der Ansaugstutzen 13 der Pumpe 14 eingeführt, die am oberen Teil des Feuerkastens 3 mit zwei Knebelschrauben abnehmbar befestigt ist. Die Pumpe wird durch einen um die Achse 15 schwenkbaren Doppelhebel 16 betätigt. An das Druckrohr 17 der Pumpe ist der Behälter 18, sowie der Spritzschlauch 19 samt Sense 20 angeschlossen.
Durch die leichte Bauart und den Wegfall des Umfüllens genügen für das erfindungsgemässe Gerät drei Mann zur Bedienung. Der Transport des Gerätes ist auch mit kleinsten Eintonnen-Lastkraftwagen leicht zu bewerkstelligen, wobei das Gerät mühelos von zwei Mann be- und entladen werden kann.
An dem Feuerkasten 3 kann ein Verkehrszeichen 21 angebracht werden.

The known spraying devices for taring road surfaces have the disadvantage that the contents of the bitumen barrels have to be transferred to the spraying device.
It has already been proposed to attach the tar barrel directly to the cart-like frame of the device, but this basically does not change the need for decanting, but at most makes it easier.
The subject of the invention is a bitumen spraying device, in which the decanting is saved and the liquid is sprayed out directly from the barrel.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the fire box is provided with a holder for the bitumen barrel on one side thereof, so that the tar is heated directly in it.
The support bars of the frame are advantageously designed to be bent downwards in order to be able to roll the barrel into the holder.

The pump is actuated by a double lever 16 pivotable about the axis 15. The container 18 and the spray hose 19 together with the scythe 20 are connected to the pressure pipe 17 of the pump.
Due to the light construction and the elimination of the transferring, three men are sufficient to operate the device according to the invention. The device is easy to transport even with the smallest single-ton trucks, and the device can easily be loaded and unloaded by two people.
A traffic sign 21 can be attached to the fire box 3.
