  Presswerkzeug für komplizierte Formstücke 
Es ist bekannt, Pulver, vorzugsweise Metallpulver, durch Anwendung oft nicht unbeträchtlicher spezifischer Pressdrücke zu   Formkörpern   zu verpressen. Es ist ferner bekannt, dass der Pressdruck mit zunehmender Tiefe des Formkörpers rasch absinkt, so dass man doppeltwirkende Pressen verwenden oder die Matrize federnd einbauen muss. Es ist auch schon vorgeschlagen worden, Metallpulver in Gummiröhrchen unter Anwendung eines hydraulischen Druckes allseitig zu pressen. Das technisch übliche Verfahren ist das Pressen unter Verwendung schwebender Matrizen. Wenn man nach diesem Verfahren komplizierte Formteile herstellen will, muss man zu einer vielfachen Unterteilung des Presswerkzeuges schreiten ; diese Teile müssen entweder einzeln oder durch die Druckfortpflanzung im Pulver entsprechend bewegt werden.

   Solche Presswerkzeuge erfordern komplizierte Arbeiten bei ihrer Herstellung und häufige Reparaturen bei der Verwendung. 



   Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man vorteilhaft an Stelle der mehrteiligen Presswerkzeuge für komplizierte Formkörper hochelastische Gummieinlagen verwenden kann, die bei Drucksteigerung federnd zusammengepresst werden und so die Funktion der federnden Matrizen mit ihren Einbauteilen übernehmen können. 



   Bei Verwendung eines handelsüblichen hochelastischen und mechanischen festen Vollgummis ist zu berücksichtigen, dass dieser das Bestreben hat, dem Druck gegenüber allseitig auszuweichen, dass also die Gummieinlage einen   allseitigenGegen-   druck auf alle Formteile ausübt. Wenn die elastische Zusammendrückung des Gummis für den Pressvorgang nicht ausreicht, kann man vorteilhaft Gummiteile verwenden, die Luftbläschen allseitig eingeschlossen haben. Durch die erhöhte Kompressibilität der enthaltenden Luft ist ein stärkeres Zusammendrücken beim Pressvorgang gewährleistet.

It is known that powder, preferably metal powder, can be pressed to form shaped bodies by using often not inconsiderable specific pressures. It is also known that the pressing pressure decreases rapidly with increasing depth of the molding, so that double-acting presses have to be used or the die has to be installed in a resilient manner. It has also been proposed to press metal powder into rubber tubes on all sides using hydraulic pressure. The usual technical process is pressing using floating dies. If you want to produce complicated molded parts by this method, you have to go to a multiple subdivision of the press tool; these parts have to be moved either individually or by the pressure propagation in the powder.

   Such press tools require complicated works in their manufacture and frequent repairs in use.



   It has now been found that instead of the multi-part pressing tools for complex moldings, highly elastic rubber inserts can advantageously be used, which are resiliently compressed when the pressure increases and thus can take over the function of the resilient dies with their built-in parts.



   When using a commercially available, highly elastic and mechanically solid rubber, it must be taken into account that this strives to evade the pressure on all sides, i.e. that the rubber insert exerts counter-pressure on all molded parts on all sides. If the elastic compression of the rubber is not sufficient for the pressing process, rubber parts can advantageously be used which have enclosed air bubbles on all sides. Due to the increased compressibility of the air it contains, greater compression is ensured during the pressing process.
