  Stanze für dünne Bleche, wie Gaumenplatten u. dgl. 



   Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Stanzen für dünne Bleche, wie Gaumenplatten u. dgl., und bezweckt, solchen Blechen in einem einzigen Arbeitsgange die gewünschte Form zu geben, ohne dass sich im Werkstücke Falten bilden. Diese Faltenbildung soll selbst dann nicht eintreten, wenn härtester Werkstoff verwendet wird, z. B. Stahl, insbesondere solcher Chrom-Nickelstahl, der gegen den Angriff von Säuren sehr widerstandsfähig ist. 



   Auf der Zeichnung ist ein zur Herstellung von Gaumenplatten bestimmtes Ausführungsbeispiel

 Werkstück und Gesenk bei der Stellung zu Beginn des Stanzvorganges, Fig. 2 einen entsprechenden Schnitt bei einer während des Stanzvorganges eintretenden Stellung und Fig. 3 einen entsprechenden Schnitt bei der Stellung nach Beendigung des Stanzvorganges. 



     A   bezeichnet das Gesenk und B das das   Werkstück   bildende Blech. Der Stempel C besteht in seinem zur Anlage an dem Werkstücke bestimmten'Teile in bekannter Weise aus einem bildsamen Stoffe, z. B. Blei. Dieser Teil des Stempels C ist nun gemäss der Erfindung so ausgebildet, dass beim Arbeitsgange das Werkstück B an den hochstehenden Rändern   a1   des Gesenkes möglichst frühzeitig zwischen Stempel und Gesenk festgeklemmt wird, wie insbesondere aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist. 



   Im Verlaufe des Stanzvorganges schmiegt sich der Stempel C infolge seiner Bildsamkeit der Form des Gesenkes mehr und mehr an (Fig. 2 und 3), während gleichzeitig die Mitte des Bleches B allmählich in die   Gesenkhohlung hineingedrückt wird.   Hiebei wird das Blech B an den hochstehenden Rändern   a1   des Gesenkes A entsprechend dem steigenden Werkstoffbedarfe zwischen Gesenk und Stempel unter Überwindung der durch den Druck des Stempels erzeugten Festklemmung nach innen durchgezogen. 



   Gegenüber bekannten ähnlichen Einrichtungen wird durch das Festklemmen des Bleches B an den hochstehenden Rändern des formgebenden Gesenkes der Vorteil erreicht, dass das Stanzen in einem einzigen Arbeitsgange vor sich gehen kann, ohne dass sich am Werkstücke Falten bilden, selbst wenn dieses aus einem Werkstoffe von grösster Härte und Festigkeit besteht.
