Düsenmündung zu dieser heranschwenkbar und feststellbar ist ;

EMI1.1
Of the many known devices for sprinkling crops, those in which the jet nozzle is rotated around the axis of the supply pipe by the action of an adjustable organ carried by it and simultaneously causing the dispersion of the water jet are no longer new; depending on the adjustment of this organ, the throwing distance and the rotational speed of the
Jet nozzle can be changed.
The present invention relates to a sprinkling device of the type described, which is characterized by its simplicity, its ability to be dismantled with a single handle, the greatest possible degree of adjustability and a wide range of uses. These advantages are achieved by the fact that the spreading element consists of a curved shovel which, around the bolt of the clamping screw, of a pipe clamp that is rotatable and longitudinally displaceable on the jet nozzle, comes into contact with the
Nozzle mouth can be pivoted and locked to this;
The jet nozzle, which is rotatably seated on the mouthpiece of the supply pipe, has a projection lying in the axis of the mouthpiece, the hollow end of which surrounds an equiaxed cylindrical pin which is carried by a resilient ring attached to the mouthpiece.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in FIG. 1 in longitudinal section and in FIG. 2 in cross section.
The laterally bent jet nozzle 2 is rotatably fitted onto the cylindrical end of the mouthpiece 1 of a vertical standpipe or a long hose connected to the pressure line. On the jet nozzle a pipe clamp 5 is clamped, which on the nozzle after airing the
Clamping screw 3 is rotatable and longitudinally displaceable. The flat end of the scattering element is clamped between the parallel tabs of the clamp and consists of a curved blade 4 which can be pivoted and locked around the bolt of the clamping screw 3 in such a way that it is pivoted towards the mouth of the jet nozzle 2 until it rests against the nozzle can.
The jet nozzle 2 carries a rod-shaped extension 8 lying in the axis of the mouthpiece, the hollow end of which closely surrounds a coaxial cylindrical pin 6 on its cylindrical surface, which is carried by a resilient ring 7, which is attached to the non-rotating mouthpiece J! the supply line is attached. The extension 8, together with the pin 6 and the mouthpiece 1, thus forms the bearing and axis of rotation of the nozzle pipe 2.
Due to the extensive adjustability of the blade 4 around the nozzle tube 2 and along the same, i.e. the various positions (inclination and distance) of the impacted blade to the nozzle orifice or the water jet, the spread and speed of rotation of the nozzle can be varied in various ways. The smallest throw is achieved when the shovel 4 is pivoted up to the point of contact with the nozzle pipe 2.
In this case, the device attached to a hose can be used as a handheld sprinkler; If the device is finally touched in such a way that it can no longer rotate, then it also corresponds to the usual spray hose provided with a scattering plate and only used for small-scale crops. For the purpose of quick dismantling of the device, a light pull on the resilient ring 7 is sufficient where the pin 6 is attached to it, so that the pin emerges from the hollow attachment end; then the nozzle tube 2, which is simply pushed onto the mouthpiece 1, can be easily removed from it.
