Wandkonsole.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wandkonsole, welche vorzugsweise mit einer mit Füssen auf ihr ruhenden hochklappbaren Galerie ausgestattet ist. Die bekannten derartigen Wandkonsolen sind kostspielig herzustellen und in der Bauart wenig widerstandsfähig. Zur Vereinfachung der Herstellung solcher Wandkonsolen wurde gemäss der Erfindung der eine ein Auflager für die Auflagefläche bildende Lappen des Trägers nach unten aus dem Metallband ausgebogen und das Stanzloch unmittelbar zur Aufhängeöse ausgebildet.
Weiters wurde gemäss der Erfindung das freie, über die Auflagefläche hervorragende Ende des Trägers eingerollt und so zu einem Scharnier für eine mit Füssen auf der Auflagefläche aufruhende hochklappbare Galerie ausgebildet. Derart ausgestaltete Träger verleihen den Wandkonsolen grosse Festigkeit und Stabilität und können infolge ihrer einfachen Konstruktion leicht serienweise und daher billig hergestellt werden.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform dargestellt. Die Wandkonsole besteht aus einer gegebenenfalls mit einer Glasur überzogenen Auflagefläche 1 aus einem feuchtigkeitsbeständigen, schwer zerbrechlichen Material, z. B. Ashestzement, Kunstharzstoffe, Hartgummi od. dgl., welche von zwei Trägern. 8 getragen wird. Die Träger 2 bestehen aus einem winkelförmig abgebogenen Metallband, dessen eines Ende 3 gekröpft und mit einem Loch 4 für eine Befestigungsschraube od. dgl. (nicht gezeichnet) versehen ist. Die Aufh ngeose 5 jedes Trägers wird durch Ausstanzen und Ausbiegen eines Lappens 6 hergestellt, der das Auflager für die Auflagefläche 1 bildet und dessen Ende mit einer ein Loch 7 zur Aufnahme der Befestigungsschraube 8 aufweisende Verbreiterung 9 versehen ist.
Die Öse 5 ist nach oben zu verjüngt, um sich im hängenden Zustand des Trägers um den Schaft des Nagels zu legen, so dass ein selbsttätiges Abgleiten des Trägers durch den Nagelkopf verhindert ist. Diese Ausführung der Wandkonsole eignet sich besonders für Schaufenster u. dgl.
Für Wandkonsolen, welche mit einer hochklappbaren Galerie versehen sind, ist weiters das oberhalb der Öse befindliche Ende 10 des Trägers eingerollt und zu einem Scharnier für die schwenkbare Galerie 11 ausgebildet, welche mit Füssen 12 auf der Platte 1 aufruht. Die Füsse 12 sind aus einem relativ weichen Material, wie Kunsthorn oder einem ähnlichen Kunststoffe, gebildet, und mit einer in ihre Auflagerfläche versenkten Stellschraube 13 versehen, mittels welcher sie an der Galerie festgestellt werden können.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE : l. Wandkonsole, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ein Auflager für die Auflagefläche bildende Lappen des Trägers nach unten aus dem Metallband ausgebogen ist und das Stanzloch unmittelbar die Aufhängeöse bildet.

The invention relates to a wall bracket which is preferably equipped with a gallery that can be folded up with feet resting on it. The known wall brackets of this type are expensive to manufacture and are not very robust in construction. To simplify the production of such wall brackets, according to the invention, the one tab of the support forming a support for the support surface was bent downward out of the metal strip and the punched hole was formed directly as a hanging loop.
Furthermore, according to the invention, the free end of the carrier protruding beyond the support surface was rolled up and thus formed into a hinge for a fold-up gallery resting with feet on the support surface. Carriers designed in this way give the wall brackets great strength and stability and, due to their simple construction, can easily be produced in series and therefore cheaply.
