Fig. 1 ist ein Längen-

Process for the manufacture of footwear.
The generally used process for the production of footwear basically consists in the union of the upper leather and the upper with an insole, under which the outsole and the heel are attached. This method requires a large number of operations, some of which, particularly those of the assembly, must be carried out by hand. On the other hand, in the usual manufacturing processes, the upper leather and the upper are composed of leather of the same type, which is by no means indicated; Because the upper leather, which extends from the back of the foot to the tip of the foot, should be able to stretch in accordance with the flexing movements of the foot when walking and therefore requires a material that is as pliable as possible.
However, the use of such a leather, the price of which is high, is not justified for the upper, which on the contrary should have a certain rigidity which one seeks to achieve by arranging an inner anus leather. It should also be pointed out that the heels used are expensive and that they are difficult to apply from the point of view of strength.
The subject matter of the invention is a manufacturing method for shoes, which is characterized in that the insole, shoe quarter and heel are made from one piece by appropriate shaping (stretching, stretching) of a leather or a substitute material which has the essential properties, in particular waterproofness and elasticity. On this unitary piece, which can be decorated in a suitable manner and shaped according to the design, the supple upper leather and the second sole are attached to the upper by means of a seam or another fastening process while simultaneously connecting to the first sole. Inside the shoe, a piece of sole is arranged in a known manner, the rear part of which covers the heel cavity and which is supported against a stake resting on the base of the heel.
This process allows significant savings in shoe manufacture, both in terms of handwork and raw materials. It eliminates a large part of the usual work steps, the placement of the shaft, the use of stiffeners, the shaping and fastening of the heel. On the other hand it allows the consumption of soft leather to be kept to the absolute minimum, i.e. i. the upper part of the leather.
When performing the method according to the invention, you can advantageously for the stretching, stretching and. Like. To be brought into shape part use unhammered or unrolled types of leather that can be completely stretched during the shaping work. This shaping work replaces the rolling treatment of the leather and gives it the necessary tightness and resistance.
In the drawing, a ladies shoe is shown as an embodiment. Fig. 1 is a length

Figures 4 and 5 show modified embodiments of the invention.
According to the invention, the inner sole 1, the upper 2 and the heel 3 form a whole produced by corresponding shaping. To the front end of the shaft *? closes the upper leather 4 by means of a seam or the like, the edges 5 of which are folded under the inner sole 1 and covered by the outer sole 6. The three layers are united by a seam.
In the cavity of paragraph 3 a z. B. made of wood Pfloek 7 arranged, which gives the paragraph the required load resistance. A piece of sole 8 rests on this peg, the middle layer of which can consist of an elastic metal part in a known manner. Finally, under paragraph 3 is a paragraph 9, z. B. made of leather attached.

4 shows a modified type of method according to the invention, according to which only the inner sole 1 and the upper are produced in one piece by appropriate material molding. In this case, the paragraph 3 is attached to this piece according to the known method, but most of the previous inconveniences are avoided.
FIG. 5 shows a further embodiment in which only the shaft 2 and the shoulder 3 are uniformly obtained by material molding. In this case, the inner sole 1 is attached to the unitary piece and it can have a rearward extension 1 ′ which is fastened to the front surface 3 ′ of the heel 3.
Of course, the method is not limited to the described and illustrated embodiments; in particular, it can be used for both low and high shafts. Furthermore, the method can be used for all materials that can stretch accordingly when they are shaped and are suitable for the manufacture of shoemakers.
