Abstract

Un proceso para producir a-olefinas que comprende poner en contacto una alimentación de etileno con un sistema de catalizador de oligomerización en una zona de reacción de oligomerización en condiciones de reacción de oligomerización para producir una corriente de producto que comprende a-olefinas en donde el sistema de catalizador comprende un complejo de hierro-ligando y un cocatalizador y la relación molar de oxígeno con respecto a hierro que se alimenta a la zona de reacción de oligomerización es de 1:1 a 200:1. Alternativamente, la relación molar de oxígeno con respecto a aluminio en MMAO que se alimenta a la zona de reacción de oligomerización es menor de 1:5. Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para producir a-olefinas que comprende poner en contacto una alimentación de etileno con un sistema de catalizador de oligomerización en una zona de reacción de oligomerización en condiciones de reacción de oligomerización para producir una corriente de producto que comprende a-olefinas en donde el sistema de catalizador comprende un complejo de hierro-ligando y un cocatalizador y la relación molar de oxígeno con respecto a hierro que se alimenta a la zona de reacción de oligomerización es de 1:1 a 200:1. Reivindicación 12: Un proceso para producir a-olefinas que comprende poner en contacto una alimentación de etileno con un sistema de catalizador de oligomerización en una zona de reacción de oligomerización en condiciones de reacción de oligomerización para producir una corriente de producto que comprende a-olefinas en donde el sistema de catalizador comprende un complejo de hierro-ligando y un cocatalizador que comprende aluminio y la relación molar de oxígeno con respecto a aluminio en MMAO que se alimenta a la zona de reacción de oligomerización es menor de 1:5. Reivindicación 14: Un proceso para producir a-olefinas que comprende poner en contacto una alimentación de etileno con un sistema de catalizador de oligomerización en una zona de reacción de oligomerización en condiciones de reacción de oligomerización para producir una corriente de producto que comprende a-olefinas en donde el sistema de catalizador comprende un complejo de hierro-ligando y un cocatalizador y el oxígeno alimentado a la zona de reacción de oligomerización está a una concentración de 0,2 a 200 ppmw, calculada en función del contenido de la zona de reacción de oligomerización.
