Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para cultivar células de mamíferos que expresan una proteína recombinante, caracterizado porque el proceso comprende los pasos de cultivar las células de mamíferos en un medio de cultivo y complementar el cultivo celular durante una fase de producción con al menos un medio de alimentación, en donde el pH de este en al menos un medio de alimentación es de aproximadamente 5,0 a aproximadamente 6,3. Reivindicación 2: Un proceso para producir una proteína recombinante, caracterizado porque el proceso comprende los pasos de cultivar células de mamífero que expresan dicha proteína recombinante en un medio de cultivo, complementando el cultivo celular durante una fase de producción con al menos un medio de alimentación, en donde el pH de esta en al menos un medio de alimentación es de aproximadamente 5,0 a aproximadamente 6,3. Reivindicación 3: Un proceso para reducir o prevenir la precipitación en un medio de alimentación, caracterizado porque el proceso comprende los pasos de cultivar células de mamíferos que expresan una proteína recombinante en un medio de cultivo y complementar el cultivo celular durante una fase de producción con al menos un medio de alimentación, en el que el pH de este al menos un medio de alimentación es de aproximadamente 5,0 a aproximadamente 6,3. Reivindicación 14: Una proteína recombinante, caracterizada porque se produce por el proceso de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3 ó 5 a 10.
