Abstract

Un proceso para preparar una bebida alcohólica fermentada, el proceso comprende las etapas de: a) suspender una fuente de almidón en agua; b) posteriormente licuar el almidón para obtener un mosto; c) opcionalmente hervir el mosto y posteriormente diluir el mosto hervido con agua; d) fermentar el mosto; e) post-fermentación, procesar el mosto fermentado obteniendo la bebida alcohólica; caracterizado porque se proveen nutrientes extraídos por agua del germen de cereal ya sea en la fuente de almidón en suspensión acuosa o en el mosto.
